YOUR JOB Ready to take the next step in your Sales career? We are looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives who already know the fundamentals of outbound sales and want to prove themselves in a new environment. In this role, you will help build qualified pipeline for our Upper Mid-Market segment through targeted outbound, account-based prospecting, multi-touch sequencing, and close collaboration with Marketing and Account Executives. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Create qualified pipeline for our Upper Mid-Market segment through structured outbound prospecting, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, social selling and other creative engagement tactics. * Execute marketing-owned outbound and ABM motions, including targeted account research, multi-touch sequencing and personalised outreach. * Use tools such as Gong Engage, Salesforce and other sales technologies to manage sequences, track activity, improve messaging and prioritise the right accounts. * Research target accounts, understand buying signals and create relevant first conversations with senior stakeholders. * Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, business need and buying potential, then work closely with Account Executives to ensure a high-quality handover. * Act as a trusted first point of contact for prospective customers by clearly articulating DataGuard’s value proposition and business impact. * Bring your own initiative to pipeline creation, testing new messaging, account angles and prospecting approaches where you see opportunity. * Maintain accurate activity, account and pipeline data in Salesforce, using insights to improve prioritisation and performance. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations and Enablement to improve outbound strategy, messaging, conversion and feedback loops. Role As (Senior) Programme Manager for SE3, you will play a defining role in bringing our autonomous systems and Spatial AI capability to market with European militaries and industry partners. You will develop commercial strategies, institutional relationships, and capture campaigns that turn SE3's technology into awarded programmes. * Lead programmes across Europe from bid/no-bid decision, capture, commercial bid development, contract negotiation, and award * Build and maintain senior institutional relationships, including representation of SE3 at industry events * Manage relationships with prime contractors and structure partnerships * Lead proposal development end-to-end from capture strategy to win * Develop the commercial response at the intersection of legal, finance and procurement, building robust commercial models that deliver on SE3's growth objectives Your profile * A degree in business, engineering, political science, international relations, or an adjacent discipline; a postgraduate qualification is welcome * Professional experience across defence procurement, public-sector strategy consulting, business development in the public sector * Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and into other strategic markets where SE3 is pursuing opportunities * Confident operator across cultures, able to communicate and negotiate with senior stakeholders * Native-level German and full professional fluency in English, in both written and spoken form Given the nature of SE3's work in the defence sector, candidates must be eligible to obtain and hold the security clearance required for this role.
