YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE * Hands on data processing and analysis of project data (e.g. trial data, biomarkers, gene expression data) * Develop predictive models, identify subgroups, perform cutoff determination using basic / advanced statistical methods * Statistical programming, development of reusable programs (e.g., functions, macros), data visualization, program validation, output generation * Support non-clinical / clinical development in all phases, study planning (protocol, study design), sample size, reporting, analysis plan (e.g. SAP) * Customer consulting and direct point of contact YOUR PROFILE * Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, or equivalent education or PhD * At least three years of professional experience in data analysis and clinical research * Strong expertise in basic and advanced statistical methods, e.g. multivariate statistics, mixed models  * Very good IT expertise, especially with statistical analysis tools (R required, SAS is a plus) * Quick comprehension and analytical thinking * Precise and accurate way of working  * Team player with high degree of initiative * Good English skills, German is an advantage WHAT WE OFFER YOU We value communication, flat hierarchies, open corporate culture, and a harmonious work environment.
