The team enables Grafana Labs worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers to ensure that they are happy and successful. WHAT YOU BRING * Dutch fluency and professional level English spoken and written skills. * Dutch citizenship (essential for security clearance). * 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Systems Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles. * Proven experience managing long-term enterprise customer relationships within large, complex organisations. * Experience working with government, public safety, law enforcement, defence, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. * Strong ability to build trusted relationships across technical teams, operational leadership, executive stakeholders, and third-party partners. * Excellent political awareness and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance customer priorities, partner relationships, and Axon's commercial objectives. * Comfortable operating independently as an embedded representative while coordinating effectively with wider cross-functional teams. * Strong technical foundation including working knowledge of: * Enterprise networking including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting. * SaaS platforms, cloud applications, APIs, identity management, authentication, and enterprise software administration. * Windows environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, and enterprise endpoint management concepts. * Integration patterns, system interoperability, and enterprise application ecosystems. * Technical troubleshooting across software, networking, configuration, and infrastructure domains. * Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical discussions for everyone from frontline users and administrators through to executive leadership. * Excellent documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, operational procedures, customer success plans, and governance documentation. * A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, customer outcomes, and long-term partnership rather than reactive support. * Previous policing or Koninklijke Marechaussee (KMar) experience.
