We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help define and elevate the visual identity of Peec AI as we grow. In this role, you’ll own
and shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, from our website and marketing campaigns to social content, events, and
product storytelling. You’ll work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create high-impact visual assets
that drive engagement, strengthen our brand, and support our go-to-market efforts. This is an opportunity for a designer who

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING * Proven track record of closing six-figure B2B SaaS deals at the enterprise level, including experience selling to multiple stakeholders and aligning with their business goals. * Creative hunter mindset: You don’t wait for leads to show up; you proactively reach out, experiment with new tactics, and push forward—even in the face of no. * Technical fluency: You’re comfortable discussing relevant product features and integrations with highly technical buyers (CISOs, Threat Intel teams, etc.), and can translate complex concepts into business value. WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE * Build a new category in the threat intelligence and brand risk space, working hand-in-hand with the product team to refine and capitalize on strong market fit. * Partner with the biggest names in the world—CISOs, Threat Intelligence leaders, and brand owners who handle crucial security and PR incidents daily. * Champion Outtake’s solutions through high-impact product demos and strategic sales engagements that showcase how we can transform incident response and brand protection on a global scale. * Collaborate with a world-class team of product experts, engineers, and go-to-market professionals to continually evolve sales strategy and processes. * Maintain a relentless focus on growth by continuously improving our outbound strategy, refining messaging, and experimenting with new ways to break into untapped verticals. THE ROLE As Head of Enterprise Sales, East, you'll lead and grow Outtake's revenue presence across the Eastern US. You'll build and develop a team of AEs, and go deep with the CISOs, Threat Intel leaders, and brand protection executives who will define this market. You'll report directly to the VP, Global Sales and operate as a key voice shaping Outtake's go-to-market strategy. At Outtake we are the company where AI Enabled Enterprise selling is innovated, taught, and practiced. Your successful programs and processes from the past are stepping off points to a more efficient AI driven sales process that will drive impactful customer outcomes. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Drive the number: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the Eastern US territory. * Lead from the front: Hiring, developing and leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East. * Build territory strategy: Develop and execute a territory plan that balances pipeline coverage, strategic accounts, and vertical focus. * Command the executive room: Engage directly with CISOs, Threat Intelligence leads, fraud teams, and brand protection stakeholders at F500 and Global 2000 companies. * Drive expansion: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customers achieve ROI and expand their footprint over time. * Run a tight operation: Build a cross-functional operating cadence around pipeline, forecasting, deal reviews, and regional go-to-market execution. * Be a regional presence: Actively represent Outtake in the East Coast cybersecurity and DRP community—at conferences, customer events, and key industry forums. * Shape the category: Feed strategic insights from the field directly into product roadmap and positioning conversations. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING * 10+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a direct leadership role. * Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure deals with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles. * Background selling into security, risk, or adjacent enterprise technology. Comfort navigating CISO, SOC, and Threat Intel buyers is a strong advantage. * Experience building and developing sales teams from early-stage; you know how to hire, ramp, and retain high-performers. * Technical fluency sufficient to lead credible conversations with CISOs, Threat Intel teams, and brand protection leaders, and translate complex AI-driven capabilities into business value. * Hunter DNA. ABOUT YOU Our Deployment team is the connective tissue between Sales, Engineering, and our customers. We make sure pilots run smoothly, product performance is flawless, and customer insights drive the roadmap. The Deployment Associate role is an entry point into that work. You’ll support and learn from our senior Deployment team while building a 360° view of our product, customers, and data. Your job is to keep eyes on every corner of the product, spot trends and anomalies before customers do, and bring structured insights back to the team so we can stay two steps ahead. Over time (think months, not years), you’ll grow into owning smaller accounts and driving more direct customer interactions. But from day one, your impact will come from your ability to notice what others miss, connect dots across data points, and help us deliver excellence through care, attention, and product feedback. WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE * Shadow and support senior Deployment leads on customer pilots, onboardings, and post-sales care, learning our workflows end to end. * Proactively monitor product performance across channels (TikTok, X, Instagram, Bluesky, YouTube, etc.) to catch issues before customers do. * Run regular product health checks: validate agent decisions, spot anomalies, track pipeline flow, and flag unexpected changes. * Connect dots between what you see in the product, what you hear from customers, and where the engineering team can improve the experience. * Document and share insights in a way that helps the team act quickly — whether it’s a pattern in missed detections or a UI change that would save customers time. * Participate in internal product reviews and triage sessions, learning how deployment feedback shapes engineering priorities. * Think ahead: suggest checks, tests, or improvements that keep us proactive instead of reactive. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * You anticipate and address potential issues early, helping the Deployment team operate smoothly and avoid last-minute disruptions. * You surface insights that influence product decisions or customer outcomes. * You develop a strong working knowledge of our product and deployment process, setting you up to own small accounts after a few months. * Customers indirectly benefit from your work because the product feels polished, reliable, and ahead of their needs.
