We are the front line for customer security, privacy, and compliance scrutiny: the team that answers the hard questions buyers,
CISOs, and procurement teams ask. We own the security questionnaires (including their AI sections), the trust portal, the audit
and evidence requests, and the customer-facing side of our SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI-governance posture.
We partner closely with Information Security, Privacy and Legal counsel, and Go-to-Market to turn scrutiny into signed, renewed,

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Legal Operations Specialist in Legora’s New York office, you will play a central role in building and scaling the operational infrastructure of one of the fastest-growing legal technology companies globally. You will work at the intersection of legal, technology, and operations — owning the systems, workflows, and knowledge architecture that enable Legora's legal function and broader organization to operate at scale. A core part of this role is building internal knowledge databases and driving integrations that unlock the full value of Legora's own platform within our organization. This role requires a high degree of independence, strong systems thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional change across multiple teams and time zones. You will partner closely with Legal, People, Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success, becoming an integral part of how Legora operationalizes its legal and commercial knowledge. You will report to the General Counsel, based at our Stockholm headquarters. Legora’s legal function is a forward-deployed, AI-first team working across multiple jurisdictions and legal disciplines. We act as trusted partners to the business, with particular focus on product development, operations, and commercial initiatives. As a legal technology company, we hold ourselves to the highest standard when it comes to our own legal operations — and we expect this role to help us lead by example. Beyond strong operational judgment, we value curiosity, problem-solving, and a proactive mindset. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the design and build-out of Legora's internal legal knowledge databases, ensuring that contracts, policies, playbooks, and institutional knowledge are structured, searchable, and organized. * Drive integrations between Legora's own platform and internal systems (CLM, CRM, HRIS, finance tools) to maximize the value Legora derives from its own product and ensure seamless data flows across the organisation. * Establish and maintain structured contract management infrastructure — including metadata schemas, parent-child contract linking, deduplication standards, and a deviation/exception registry for non-standard terms. * Design and implement cross-functional handoff protocols so that relevant contract terms, exceptions, and commitments automatically surface to Finance, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success at the point of execution. * Partner with the Legal, People, and Operations teams to identify process bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement, and ensure legal operations practices reflect Legora's standards and values. * Contribute to governance, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives, ensuring that operational infrastructure supports Legora's obligations as it scales internationally. WHAT YOU BRING * 2-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related operational role within a law firm or in-house legal team. * Deep, granular understanding of technology stacks, APIs, data architecture, and system interoperability. Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or building legal technology tools, knowledge management systems, or integration layers is essential. * Demonstrable experience in legal operations, legal technology, or a related technical-operational field. A relevant degree (e.g., law, computer science, engineering, or information systems) is meritorious but not required. Prior experience in knowledge management teams or in supporting legal professionals is particularly valued. * Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional change and influence senior stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations. * Experience in high-growth, international, or technology-driven organizations is highly valued. * You are operationally minded and solutions-oriented — you focus on building infrastructure that enables the business while appropriately managing risk. * You communicate complex operational and legal concepts clearly and translate them into structured, actionable processes. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity. * A deep technical and genuine excitement about building with technology is meritorious. The Role Legora is looking for a GTM Senior Systems Analyst to help engineer the technical foundation of our revenue engine - we need a hands-on specialist to harden our infrastructure and ensure our systems scale alongside our growth. You aren’t just managing a database; you are architecting a seamless Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, treating our internal tech stack as a product that bridges the gap between sales momentum and financial precision. In this role, you will have a heavy hand in the end-to-end evolution of our GTM ecosystem. With Salesforce as your primary canvas, your work spans the full funnel: you will partner with Marketing to optimize lead intake and flow, collaborate with Sales and Finance to refine "Lead-to-Cash" precision, and work with Customer Success to architect automated renewal and lifecycle workflows. Reporting into our GTM Systems Manager, your goal is to move us from a working setup to a world-class, automated machine where deal velocity is high, "quote-to-billing" friction is non-existent, and data integrity is absolute. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most sophisticated tax and legal advisory teams in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform. * Acting as a thought partner to tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across service lines and jurisdictions. * Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of client relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new team members across tax, legal and consulting functions, and ultimately guiding firm-wide adoption across Big 4 and professional services firms. * Be the voice of tax and legal advisory users inside Legora - sharing insights from tax structuring teams, regulatory advisory practices, and legal consulting functions that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction. * Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a tax partner, rolling out to a global advisory team, or training legal consulting professionals. * Documenting best practices from leading professional services firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally. * Confidently helping tax and legal advisory teams navigate one of the biggest shifts in how professional services operate - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different service lines, from tax compliance to regulatory advisory. What You Bring You come from the world of tax and legal advisory; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained at a Big 4 firm, working across tax structuring, legal advisory, or consulting. Perhaps you've specialised in legal operations, innovation, or technology implementation within a professional services environment. Maybe you've even moved into legal tech or consultancy, helping advisory teams modernize and scale. Either way, you know how tax and legal advisory teams think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology. You'll thrive in this role if you: * Have a background in law or tax, with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice - ideally with exposure to multiple service lines, jurisdictions, or innovation initiatives. * Are tech-curious and product-savvy.
