The Role
We are hiring a Director, Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a critical area of the
Legora platform. Depending on background and business need, this role will anchor on one of several focus areas spanning core
product, solutions, or platform capabilities. Regardless of the specific remit, the mandate is the same: translate what we build
into a narrative the market understands and buyers act on.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has spent a decade or more doing product marketing in high-growth enterprise SaaS
or AI environments. They have led teams, shaped go-to-market strategy at the senior leadership level, and know how to build the
marketing function around a product area, not just run launches. They are exceptional storytellers, strategists, and superb
operators who can turn complex, technical capabilities into clear commercial advantage.
The role reports to the VP of Product Marketing, with scope to build and manage a small team.

THE ROLE As Director, Cloud & AI Partnerships, you'll own Legora's relationships with our key cloud and AI platform partners. That means building the co-sell motion with their field teams, managing our marketplace presence, and making sure Legora is the product they reach for when a legal use case comes up. You'll work closely with Legora's sales team to bring cloud partnerships into live deals, and with Product to make sure our platform integrations support the story we're telling. This is a new function at Legora. You'll set the strategy, build the relationships, and figure out what a high-performing cloud partnership actually looks like for a company at our stage. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships. What You'll Do * Own Legora's relationships with key cloud and AI platform partners, building strong working relationships with their alliance, co-sell, and field teams. * Build and run the co-sell motion including account mapping with cloud field reps, joint pipeline development, and making sure Legora is positioned and enabled within the partner's sales teams. * Manage Legora's marketplace listings and transactable presence, ensuring we're discoverable and easy to buy through the channels our customers prefer. * Develop joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including demand generation programs, field engagement, and executive alignment. * Work with Sales to bring cloud partnerships into active deals where partner involvement accelerates the close. * Track partner-sourced pipeline, marketplace transactions, and co-sell activity, and use that data to prioritize where we invest. * Bring the outside in and share what you're hearing from cloud partners back into Product and GTM to inform how we build and position. What You Bring * 8+ years in cloud alliances, hyperscaler partnerships, or strategic technology partnerships at an enterprise SaaS or AI company. * A track record of building co-sell motions that actually generated pipeline — not just relationships, but deals. * Deep familiarity with how cloud and AI platforms operate: their partner programs, co-sell mechanics, marketplace economics, and how their field teams make decisions. * Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align partner strategy with commercial goals. * Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior partner stakeholders. * Comfort building from scratch in a high-growth environment where you're expected to set direction, not just execute a playbook. Nice to have: * Experience in legal tech or selling into professional services buyers. * Time spent on the partner side at a major cloud or AI platform — understanding how they evaluate and prioritize ISV relationships. * Familiarity with marketplace transaction structures and co-sell incentive programs. The Role We’re seeking a Director of Communications based in New York City to build and scale Legora’s external narrative in North America across press, exec communications, thought leadership, and strategic storytelling. You’ll own how we show up publicly — shaping the stories, messages, and moments that define the category and cement Legora as the most credible and exciting voice in AI for legal work. Reporting to the VP Communications in Stockholm, you’ll be embedded with the local Marketing and GTM teams, and work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, GTM, Legal, and Leadership, to translate what we’re building — and why it matters — into narratives that resonate with customers, media, talent, partners, and the broader industry. You’re a storyteller with precision, taste, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and craft — able to zoom out to narrative architecture and zoom in to sentence-level detail. You’re fast, structured, and obsessed with building trust through truth. Communications is one of Legora’s most strategic levers for shaping the category. What You’ll Do COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY & NARRATIVE DEVELOPMENT * Build and execute Legora’s communications strategy for North America across earned channels. * Define messaging frameworks that clarify our category, technology, and customer value. * Develop and protect a consistent narrative that scales across teams and touch-points. MEDIA RELATIONS & PRESS OPERATIONS * Cultivate strong relationships with reporters covering AI, business, technology, and the legal industry. * Own the end-to-end press pipeline: pitches, briefings, media kits, and press activation moments. * Prepare spokespeople with clear talking points, briefing documents, and ongoing narrative coaching. EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS * Partner directly with Leadership to craft high-signal external comms: speeches, op-eds, keynote scripts, long-form posts, and interviews. * Ensure a consistent voice across channels, reinforcing credibility, clarity, and category leadership. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & CONTENT CREATION * Turn complex ideas (AI capabilities, legal workflows, customer adoption, product architecture) into accessible, compelling stories. * Develop long-form narrative assets: white-papers, announcements, deep dives, and industry POVs. * Develop campaigns around launches, milestones, and category moments. ISSUES MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC POSITIONING * Monitor category conversations, emerging risks, competitive narratives, and external debates. * Advise leadership on communications decisions that require nuance, judgment, and speed. * Ensure Legora shows up with truth, clarity, and authority. MEASUREMENT & OPTIMIZATION * Build a measurement framework for communications impact across reach, sentiment, share of voice, and narrative resonance. * Run experiments with formats, channels, and message angles — scaling what moves the needle. * Maintain a library of messaging, resources, and reusable story assets. What You Bring * 5–7+ years of experience in communications, PR, editorial, or strategic narrative roles — ideally in high-growth, technical, or product-led environments. * Demonstrated experience owning press narratives and securing coverage that shapes perception. * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complexity. * Ability to build repeatable messaging frameworks and communication systems. * Experience preparing executives for media, speeches, or public commentary. * Analytical mindset with the ability to measure sentiment, coverage quality, and message pull-through. * Fluent English communication skills. ABOUT THE ROLE The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Director to build and lead a multi-layered team within our growing Engagement org that helps the world's top law firms and corporations fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and built and scaled the teams — and the leaders — that deliver it, and knows that real transformation is designed and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of an entire vertical (e.g., Enterprise Firms, East or Mid-Market Corps, West) — leading a team of Engagement Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers who build the relationships and define the outcomes, while you reserve yourself for the most strategic accounts and C-suite relationships as the senior strategic advisor who ensures Legora becomes an embedded part of how legal teams operate. At the heart of the role is defining the engagement model for your vertical and building the frameworks and standards your team uses to design each client's adoption playbook and deliver multi-year change-management programs that transform how they work. Across the portfolios in your vertical you'll set the bar for how a tailored roadmap is built, how initiatives are sequenced from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, how measurable outcomes and ROI are defined, and how the program evolves as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, partnering with Leadership to scale the teams, leaders, and standards that help clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. WHAT YOU’LL DO You'll lead the post-sale customer experience for a vertical (e.g., Enterprise Firms, East or Enterprise Corporates, East) — owning onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization across every account in it, through the teams and leaders you build. Specifically, you will: * Define the engagement model for your vertical, setting the standard for how your team designs each client's adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that customer adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Build the operating rhythms — portfolio and pipeline reviews, health inspection, coaching cadences — that keep the team executing against those playbooks at scale, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as clients' needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. * Coach the team — including other people managers — to act as strategic advisors who deeply understand client goals and legal workflows, reserving yourself for the most strategic accounts and C-suite relationships, to engage executive sponsors, surface high-impact opportunities, and guide clients toward maximum value from Legora. * Set the standard for how the team drives sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews — turning what works across portfolios into repeatable, scalable motions the whole vertical adopts. * Partner with Leadership and orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams across your vertical to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end context across your portfolio and shaping how Legora delivers value. * Partner with GTM leadership on key commercial moments across the vertical to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities — coaching the team to lead these conversations and stepping in on the most complex or strategic renewals and expansions. * Translate vertical-level feedback into action by collaborating closely with Leadership, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape roadmap, positioning, and enablement. We're looking for: * A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations — and building and leading the teams — and leaders — that deliver them at scale. * Experience building the standards and operating rhythms that scale tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans across a vertical and steering them to measurable outcomes. * 10+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, with 5+ years managing client-facing teams — including other managers and team leads — ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * A track record of owning adoption, retention, and satisfaction across a vertical of enterprise clients and senior stakeholders — and of developing the people and leaders who deliver those outcomes. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong operational discipline; you build inspection frameworks and run tight rhythms that keep multi-workstream initiatives moving across multiple teams and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence — written, verbal, and interpersonal. You are trusted in the boardroom with C-suite and legal leaders, coach your team and leaders through them, and roll up your sleeves with hands-on teams. * High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise, when to coach and when to act — and when to step in versus let your team and leaders lead. * A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you build the playbook, the team and the function, not just build for yourself. * Deep data fluency; you read portfolio metrics and account health with rigor and use them to drive decisions across the vertical.
