experienced, strategic Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help the world’s top law firms and corporations
fundamentally change the way they work with Legora.
This is a role for someone who has led change inside large, complex organizations and knows that real transformation is designed
and managed. You will own the adoption and long-term success of your accounts: building the relationships, defining the outcomes
and serving as the trusted advisor and quarterback who turns Legora into an embedded part of how legal teams operate.
At the heart of the role is designing each client’s adoption playbook and delivering multi-year change-management programs that
transform how they work. For every account you will build a tailored roadmap, sequence initiatives from initial rollout through
firm-wide scaled adoption, define measurable outcomes and ROI and evolve the program as new AI capabilities and use cases emerge.

Specifically, you will: * Design each client’s adoption playbook: the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map and target outcomes for how that firm adopts Legora and transforms the way they work. * Execute against that playbook, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout to firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as the client’s needs and Legora’s capabilities evolve. * Act as a strategic advisor who deeply understands client goals and legal workflows, surfaces high-impact opportunities, and guides teams toward maximum value from Legora. * Drive sustained value through a structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training and value reviews. * Orchestrate engagement from cross-functional teams to accelerate client success (GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Support), maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination. * Partner with GTM on key commercial moments to ensure seamless handoffs, continuity, and a great customer experience, and to identify and realize expansion opportunities. * Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement. WHAT YOU BRING You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation has to be designed and led. We’re looking for: * A consulting or transformation background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations. * Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes. * 3 - 6 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech. * A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders. * Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast. * Strong program and project management skills; you keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and your clients confident. * Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. THE ROLE As Partner Manager, Cloud & AI Partnerships, you'll manage Legora's day-to-day relationships with our key cloud and AI platform partners. You will execute the co-sell motion with their field teams, maintain our cloud marketplace presence, and ensure Legora is top-of-mind when a legal use case arises. You'll work closely with Legora's sales team to bring cloud partnerships into live deals and collaborate with Product to ensure our platform integrations support our go-to-market efforts. This is a critical role for Legora's growth. While you'll have support from leadership on overall strategy, you will be the primary driver executing the playbook, building field-level relationships, and optimizing what a high-performing cloud partnership looks like for a company at our stage. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Manage Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key cloud and AI platform partners, building strong working relationships with their alliance, co-sell, and field teams. * Execute the Co-Sell Motion: Run day-to-day co-sell activities, including account mapping with cloud field reps, joint pipeline tracking, and delivering enablement to partner sales teams. * Maintain Marketplace Presence: Oversee Legora's marketplace listings and transactable presence, ensuring our solutions are discoverable, up-to-date, and easy to buy. * Support Go-To-Market Plans: Implement joint GTM plans with partners, coordinates demand generation programs, and facilitate field engagement activities. * Enable the Sales Team: Partner closely with Legora's sales reps to bring cloud partnerships into active deals where partner involvement can accelerate the sales cycle. * Track & Report Metrics: Monitor partner-sourced pipeline, marketplace transactions, and co-sell activity, using data to report on performance and optimize daily efforts. * Share Field Insights: Act as a feedback loop, sharing insights and trends from cloud partners back with our Product and Marketing teams to improve positioning. WHAT YOU BRING * 4+ years of experience in cloud alliances, hyperscaler partnerships, or partner account management at an enterprise SaaS or AI company. * Proven execution in co-selling: A track record of actively participating in co-sell motions that successfully generated pipeline and closed deals. * Solid understanding of hyperscalers: Familiarity with how cloud and AI platforms operate, including their basic partner programs, co-sell mechanics, and marketplace transactional flows. * Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working effectively with internal Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support shared commercial goals. * Strong communication skills: Ability to build credibility and maintain positive relationships with partner-facing stakeholders and field reps. * Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you can take a foundational goal and run with the day-to-day execution. The Role You'll own Legora's relationships with a set of global and regional consulting and SI partners, working closely with their alliance leaders, practice heads, and delivery teams, and with Legora's own sales and engagement teams, to turn those relationships into successful client outcomes. We're building this program from the ground up. There's no inherited playbook, which means you'll have real say in how Legora goes to market with consulting partners, what we ask of them, and what we give them in return. You'll report to the VP of Partnerships and work closely with Sales, Engagement Management, and Legal Engineers. What You'll Do * Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of global and regional consulting and SI partners, building trusted relationships from practice leads to alliance executives. * Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with each partner, including account mapping, pipeline generation, and co-sell motions with Legora's sales team. * Work with partners to define how they position, sell, and deliver Legora to their clients - and make sure they have what they need to do it well. * Drive partner enablement, keeping firms current as Legora's product evolves. * Track pipeline health, run business reviews, and report on partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. * Bring partner and market feedback back into Legora to inform product and go-to-market decisions. What You Bring * 5+ years in alliances, partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or AI company - with actual pipeline built, deals closed, and partner relationships that held up over time. * Firsthand experience with how major consulting firms or GSIs operate: how they make decisions and team with technology partners. Time spent inside one of these organizations is a plus. * Experience building a partner program rather than inheriting one. You're comfortable when the structure doesn't exist yet. * Good commercial judgment: you can build a joint value proposition, work through multi-party deal complexity, and make the right call on when to push and when to step back. * Ability to run multiple things at once - relationship, pipeline, enablement, and business review - across several partners simultaneously. * Strong communication across levels. You can hold a conversation with a managing director and turn around and run a productive working session with a field AE. * Comfort with a product that ships fast. You'll need to stay current and make sure your partners do too. * Willingness to travel regularly to support partner relationships and joint customer work across the US and Europe.
