Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal
teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing
thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters:
judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and
Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through
acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and
campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth
Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and
budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact.
You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure
every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a
room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. * We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. * We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. * We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. THE ROLE Legora has grown from 40 to more than 600 people in 18 months. During that time, we reached $100M ARR, tripled our valuation in five months, and continued expanding into new markets around the world. Our Talent Acquisition function is now entering its next chapter. The processes, standards, and hiring approach that support our next phase of growth are being built today, and you'll play a significant part in that. You'll work closely with senior leaders from day one and play a key role in shaping how Legora hires and scales. A company growing at this pace only holds together if the people behind the scenes are exceptional. As a G&A Talent Partner, you will own hiring across our non-technical, non-GTM functions in North America. Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and everything in between. These are the teams that keep Legora running and scaling with precision, and getting them right matters as much as any other part of the business. You are not a coordinator filling briefs. You are a strategic hiring partner in your own right, accountable for the quality and velocity of the people who hold this company together behind the scenes. WHAT YOU’LL DO Scaling a company at this pace requires the right talent across every function. As a Talent Partner, you will own that directly. You are not an order-taker. You are accountable for the quality and velocity of the hires that keep Legora's infrastructure ahead of its growth. You will own end-to-end hiring across G&A functions in North America, working closely with senior leaders who are genuinely invested in building exceptional teams and trust you to shape how they do it. Specifically, you will: * Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities. * Help shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives. * Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and other Corporate teams, ensuring we stay ahead of demand rather than reacting to it. * Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining a high bar for talent across every function and seniority level. * Partner strategically with senior stakeholders on how teams should be structured and sequenced, not just executing briefs but shaping them with a clear point of view. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer, acting as a trusted and credible ambassador for Legora throughout. WHAT YOU BRING You understand that hiring decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the teams you hire for. You're hands-on, sharp, and trusted by senior leaders to shape teams that win. We're looking for: * 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring G&A talent * A proven track record hiring high-performing talent across the seniority levels that matter most at this stage of growth * Genuine business acumen. You understand how G&A functions underpin company performance, you speak the language of the leaders you partner with, and you use that fluency to advise on hiring strategy and close exceptional candidates. * The ability to hire across a range of corporate functions without losing rigour. You understand what strong looks like across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations, and you build the right process for each rather than running the same search every time * Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out, not just executing briefs, but shaping them * The ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace. * Comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action. You build structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions * Collaborative but direct. You influence and challenge senior stakeholders when needed, and you drive decisions rather than defer them WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America. * Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success. * Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily. * In-person environment: Union Square office designed for ambitious builders and company provided lunch daily. * Benefits & Perks: We invest in our people with a comprehensive, thoughtfully designed benefits package: Medical, Dental & Vision * Multiple medical plan options through Aetna and Kaiser Permanente * HSA or Healthcare FSA (based on plan selection) * Dental plans via MetLife * Vision plans via Vision Care Family Support * Generous parental leave * Free access to Maven Clinic * Dependent Care FSA * Free One Medical membership for employees and dependents Additional Perks * Pre-tax commuter benefits * Life Insurance + STD/LTD * 401(K) with generous company match * Unlimited PTO * Robust voluntary benefits, including identity protection (via Aura), legal coverage via MetLife, pet savings programs, and more Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. SYSTEMS STRATEGY & ARCHITECTURE * Define the long-term GTM systems architecture, ensuring tools, data, and processes align with how Legora sells, renews, and grows. * Establish frameworks for governance, security, and change control, ensuring sustainable scale and system integrity. * Partner with the Head of RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to align systems and processes with company growth objectives. * Identify opportunities for automation, consolidation, and efficiency across the GTM stack. 2. SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & EXPANSION * Extend Salesforce to the broader GTM stack — integrating systems that enable seamless execution from Lead → Opportunity and Quote → Cash. * Design clean, reliable data flows between Marketing, Sales, Success, and Finance, creating a single source of truth for customer and revenue data. * Partner with Data Engineering to align Salesforce and Snowflake models for unified analytics and downstream reporting. * Evaluate and manage vendors, ensuring integrations meet standards for data quality, scalability, and governance. 3. SALESFORCE OWNERSHIP * Serve as the architect and owner of Salesforce, the core platform at the center of the GTM stack. * Manage Salesforce end-to-end — including data model, automation (Flows, Apex), security, and reporting frameworks. * Design and maintain scalable, auditable workflows for lead routing, opportunity lifecycle, quoting, billing, and renewals. * Define roles, permissions, and data hygiene standards to ensure security, accuracy, and consistency across all GTM functions. * Establish documentation, change management, and version control to maintain reliability and traceability of system changes. 4. The Role We’re seeking a Director of Communications based in New York City to build and scale Legora’s external narrative in North America across press, exec communications, thought leadership, and strategic storytelling. You’ll own how we show up publicly — shaping the stories, messages, and moments that define the category and cement Legora as the most credible and exciting voice in AI for legal work. Reporting to the VP Communications in Stockholm, you’ll be embedded with the local Marketing and GTM teams, and work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, GTM, Legal, and Leadership, to translate what we’re building — and why it matters — into narratives that resonate with customers, media, talent, partners, and the broader industry. You’re a storyteller with precision, taste, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and craft — able to zoom out to narrative architecture and zoom in to sentence-level detail. You’re fast, structured, and obsessed with building trust through truth. Communications is one of Legora’s most strategic levers for shaping the category. In a space full of noise and speculation, credibility is currency — and narrative discipline is a competitive advantage. The stories you create will influence how the industry understands AI for legal work, and why Legora is defining the frontier. If we succeed, it will be because our story is clear, our voice is trusted, and our narrative sets the pace for the category — not the other way around. What You’ll Do COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY & NARRATIVE DEVELOPMENT * Build and execute Legora’s communications strategy for North America across earned channels. * Define messaging frameworks that clarify our category, technology, and customer value. * Develop and protect a consistent narrative that scales across teams and touch-points. MEDIA RELATIONS & PRESS OPERATIONS * Cultivate strong relationships with reporters covering AI, business, technology, and the legal industry. * Own the end-to-end press pipeline: pitches, briefings, media kits, and press activation moments. * Prepare spokespeople with clear talking points, briefing documents, and ongoing narrative coaching. EXECUTIVE COMMUNICATIONS * Partner directly with Leadership to craft high-signal external comms: speeches, op-eds, keynote scripts, long-form posts, and interviews. * Ensure a consistent voice across channels, reinforcing credibility, clarity, and category leadership. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & CONTENT CREATION * Turn complex ideas (AI capabilities, legal workflows, customer adoption, product architecture) into accessible, compelling stories. * Develop long-form narrative assets: white-papers, announcements, deep dives, and industry POVs. * Develop campaigns around launches, milestones, and category moments. ISSUES MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC POSITIONING * Monitor category conversations, emerging risks, competitive narratives, and external debates. * Advise leadership on communications decisions that require nuance, judgment, and speed. * Ensure Legora shows up with truth, clarity, and authority. MEASUREMENT & OPTIMIZATION * Build a measurement framework for communications impact across reach, sentiment, share of voice, and narrative resonance. * Run experiments with formats, channels, and message angles — scaling what moves the needle. * Maintain a library of messaging, resources, and reusable story assets. What You Bring * 5–7+ years of experience in communications, PR, editorial, or strategic narrative roles — ideally in high-growth, technical, or product-led environments. * Demonstrated experience owning press narratives and securing coverage that shapes perception. * Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to simplify complexity. * Ability to build repeatable messaging frameworks and communication systems. * Experience preparing executives for media, speeches, or public commentary. * Analytical mindset with the ability to measure sentiment, coverage quality, and message pull-through. * Fluent English communication skills. What’s In It For You * Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Europe, APAC, and North America.
