At a glance As the Senior Lead Retail Training Americas, you will define and drive the sales and service culture across the region, transforming how we interact with customers to deliver premium "wow" moments. In this position, you will be responsible for elevating our sales performance through continuous coaching, ensuring that every store in your region operates with the highest service standard to advocate the premium brand vision. About the Team The Professional Services organisation at Miro is focused on ensuring our Enterprise customers achieve exceptional outcomes through the Innovation Workspace. Our team of strategic advisors, onboarding experts and technical account managers work side-by-side with customers to transform how they collaborate, build and innovate—powered by agentic AI and Miro’s world-class platform. About the Role We are seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to partner with Enterprise customers and help them maximise the business value of their investment in Miro. As a TAM, you will act as a fractional strategic advisor—guiding customers through workflow optimisation, driving AI-powered adoption and embedding Miro into their innovation operating models. In addition to your post-sale advisory responsibilities, you will play an active role in the pre-sales and engagement management process. This means partnering with Sales and the broader Go-To-Market team to shape, scope, and position Professional Services engagements for prospective and expanding Enterprise accounts.
