We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up
diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.
We're doing diagnostics differently, with solutions tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our technology and
world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as
booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians,
attorneys, and providers.
Product operations sits between strategy and execution. It is the function that turns a product team's intent into repeatable
delivery, and turns delivery into learning. At Scan.com, that work spans the full product surface, from acquisition and
integrations to fulfillment and post-scan experiences, and it touches almost every function in the company.
As Product Operations Manager, you will partner closely with our product management team to build the rituals, documentation, and
reporting infrastructure that make our product org run well. Your success will not be measured by how much you personally ship,
but by how much better the teams around you ship because of the systems you put in place.
This role will suit someone who takes real pride in the craft of operations: someone who finds a well-written playbook satisfying,
who can hold the details of five workstreams at once without dropping context, and who is already using AI as a core part of their
own operational practice.
As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting
launches, manage dependencies, and ensure the right teams are prepared to support what ships

and how it is progressing. Reporting is timely and useful, and it supports genuine prioritization conversations.
stakeholders trust the process you have built around launches and communication. Where things were previously ad hoc, they now
feel intentional.
You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth, we believe everyone can
add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:
where you saw both the messy early stages and the transition toward more structured delivery
complete, and worth returning to. This role produces a lot of writing, and quality matters
interpret the results honestly, and communicate the story to stakeholders without either overstating or burying the findings
when a launch dependency is drifting, or when a team needs a nudge, and you handle it without needing to be asked
across PM, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Clinical stakeholders in a way that builds trust rather than friction
tasks, and you have first-hand experience structuring information so that AI agents can consume it reliably. You can speak
concretely to specific workflows you have improved with AI, and ideally to evaluation approaches you have used to check output
quality. Candidates who treat AI as an occasional aid rather than a core part of how they work will not be competitive for this
role.
fundamentals in another high-velocity domain are equally valued

marital status, age, race, ethnicity, religion, or physical differences.
We are opposed to all forms of unlawful treatment and discrimination.
Our ambition is for our team and its Board to be representative of the diversity in society, and for every employee to feel
respected and able to bring their best selves to work.
We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day. We're doing diagnostics differently, with solutions tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our technology and world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager at an exciting time. We've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $100M in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY. WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN We are a small, high-output team building across a complex technical surface: consumer marketplace, provider-facing scheduling tools, interoperability infrastructure, revenue cycle tooling, and AI-augmented workflows. We don't scale headcount to scale output. We scale leverage through AI-native development practices, tight feedback loops, and engineers who own outcomes rather than tickets. As Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team and remain a hands-on contributor. We expect roughly 30% of your time to be spent writing code, reviewing architecture, or directly shaping technical decisions. This is not a role for someone who wants to move fully into management. It's a role for someone who finds that combination energising. You will report to our CTO and partner closely with Product, Operations, and Data to ship the systems that run our business. You are expected to be genuinely AI-native: not just comfortable with AI tooling, but actively shaping how your team uses it. That means deploying agents, building evaluation frameworks, and coaching engineers to work at a level of throughput that wasn't possible two years ago. As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in: * Lead and develop a team of engineers across multiple product domains, owning velocity, process, performance, technical growth, and team culture * Remain a consistent technical contributor by writing production code, leading design reviews, and pairing with engineers on complex problems. * Define and enforce engineering standards across code quality, system design, testing discipline, deployment practices, and incident response * Drive the team's AI-native operating model by identifying where AI agents can replace or accelerate engineering workflows, building evaluation frameworks to measure output quality, and coaching engineers to leverage AI tooling as a primary development instrument rather than an occasional aid * Partner with Product to refine roadmaps, push back on scope where necessary, and ensure the team is working on the highest-leverage problems at any given time * Own the architecture of your team's systems by making build vs. buy decisions, managing technical debt deliberately, and ensuring the stack can support the growth trajectory of the business * Contribute to Scan.com's broader engineering culture through interview loops, cross-team design reviews, engineering all-hands, and the institutional knowledge that makes a small team punch above its weight THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR * Team command and trust. Within 90 days, your team has a clear understanding of expectations, a functioning operating rhythm, and confidence that you are both technically credible and invested in their growth. Engineers on your team are shipping more and learning faster than before you arrived. * AI-native team operating model in production. You have assessed the team's current AI tooling practices, identified the highest-leverage gaps, and implemented a repeatable framework across agents, evals, and development workflows that measurably increases throughput without degrading quality. * Technical ownership. You have a complete grasp of the systems your team owns: their architecture, observability, failure modes, scalability constraints, and debt profile. You have a prioritized plan for the most critical improvements and have begun executing against it. * Meaningful individual contribution. Your 30% contributor commitment is real and visible. You have shipped production code, driven at least one significant architectural decision, and demonstrated to your team that you can still do the work. * Organizational trust. Product, Operations, and Data treat you as a peer. You have built the credibility to push back on scope, advocate for technical investment, and represent Engineering in cross-functional prioritization with authority. You are the go-to person for sequencing within large initiatives. WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value: * Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a startup environment. You have operated with limited resources, changing priorities, and a high bar for individual output, and you have thrived in that context. * Genuine AI-native fluency: you have deployed AI agents in production engineering workflows, you understand evaluation frameworks and can design them for non-trivial tasks, and you have coached teams to use AI as a primary tool rather than a novelty. Candidates who cannot speak concretely to this will not be competitive * Active technical contributor with strong engineering fundamentals. You write production-quality code in at least one modern backend or full-stack language, can lead a system design discussion at a senior level, and have not been out of the code for more than a year * Experience in a scaling healthcare technology company is a strong plus. Familiarity with the regulatory environment, interoperability constraints, and the operational complexity of healthcare delivery meaningfully shortens the ramp * Strong cross-functional instincts: you have partnered effectively with Product and Operations, understand how to negotiate scope without burning relationships, and can represent technical constraints to a non-technical audience without losing fidelity * A track record of growing engineers. ICs on your previous teams have been promoted, expanded their scope, and credited you with material development in their careers * High ownership orientation: you do not wait to be asked, you do not manage up problems without a proposed path forward, and you treat the business outcomes of your team's work as personally yours HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we're a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order depending on team availability: * Introductory call with our Senior Talent Partner, approximately 30 minutes by phone. * Video call with a senior software engineer on the team, approximately 45 minutes, structured deep-dive into the role and technical domain. * Assessment stage, which may be a take-home exercise, in-person session, or additional video calls. We will be mindful of your time. * Meet the founders and/or other team members. * Offer! BENEFITS We go beyond the basics with our benefits package. Here's what you can expect from us: * Competitive salary range, plus performance bonus and equity * 401k * Healthcare, Vision, and Dental * All equipment needed to do your role effectively * Flexible and remote/hybrid working options * Personal development budgets * 18 days PTO plus public holidays * 10 paid sick days * Inclusive policies designed by our team, for our team Diversity at SCAN.COM Scan.com is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity within our team. About F2 F2 is the AI platform for private markets investors — purpose-built to transform how institutional teams underwrite, diligence, and deploy capital. Our AI converts messy, unstructured deal materials into investment-grade insights in minutes, helping private credit funds, commercial banks, and private equity firms make faster, more confident decisions. Backed by leading investors, including NFX and Y Combinator, we're scaling a world-class product and engineering team to build the future of vertical AI for finance. We are scaling quickly across our offices in New York, San Francisco, and London. Role Overview We're hiring our first in-house Controller to own accounting and build the financial backbone of F2. Partnering with our outsourced accounting team, you'll run a clean, timely close and take full ownership of our accounting systems, controls, and reporting as we scale. This is an operator's seat, not a caretaker's. You'll design a scalable accounting and controls process from the ground up — leveraging AI and modern tooling to keep the function lean as we grow — while also supporting FP&A and budgeting. It's the right role for someone who has built accounting infrastructure in a high-growth startup, is energized by AI-native finance tools, and wants a clear path to grow into an accounting and finance leadership role. What You'll Do * Own the month-end and quarter-end close in partnership with our outsourced accounting team — general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations — delivering clean, final numbers on a predictable calendar. * Own our accounting systems and processes end-to-end, including our ERP (Rillet), expense management (Ramp), and payroll tooling. * Own and maintain the chart of accounts, and build the processes for expense management and record-keeping that keep it clean. * Ensure transactions are coded correctly all the way through the financials — from expense capture in Ramp to the general ledger. * Design accounting and control processes that scale with headcount and volume, leveraging AI and automation to streamline close, reconciliations, and reporting. * Own revenue recognition, AP/AR, payroll, and expense management, and establish financial controls appropriate to our stage. * Own tax coordination, statutory filings, and audit readiness so every future raise and eventual audit is clean. * Support FP&A and budgeting — budget-vs-actuals, departmental spend tracking, and clean historical actuals that feed planning. * Track cash and burn as the source of truth on our runway, and produce the financials and KPIs used in leadership reporting. * Direct and quality-check the outsourced accounting team, deciding over time what stays outsourced versus comes in-house as we grow. You Might Be a Great Fit If * You have 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of a monthly close. * You are a CPA. * You've worked inside a venture-backed startup or SaaS company and understand its pace and priorities. * You're comfortable being the sole in-house accountant while directing an outsourced team — you operate independently and set your own standards. * You have an automation-first mindset and are genuinely excited to use AI and modern tools to build lean, scalable processes. * You have a strong command of GAAP and financial controls, plus solid Excel and financial-modeling fundamentals. * You communicate clearly and can hand off clean numbers and explain them to non-finance leaders. * You move quickly, operate with precision, and thrive in ambiguity. * You are energized by AI, private markets, and the chance to help build a category-defining company. Preferred Qualifications * AI-native FinOps experience — building and running finance operations on AI-first tooling (a big plus). * Experience with a modern / AI-native ERP (we use Rillet) and spend tools like Ramp. * Experience managing or supporting FP&A for early stage ventures * Hands-on software revenue recognition (ASC 606). * Fund administration accounting experience (private credit / private equity). * Experience at an AI or high-growth technology company. Why F2? * Join a fast-growing AI company building the future of vertical AI for private markets and finance. * Own and build the accounting function from the ground up at a critical stage of company growth. * Work directly with finance leadership on the systems and processes that will scale with the company. * Join a high-talent-density, in-person culture across New York, San Francisco, and London. * Competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and benefits. * Build something from scratch with modern, AI-first finance tooling. Location: New York, New York — Fully onsite in our beautiful office in FiDi Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 + equity + benefits For exceptionally strong candidates, final compensation may vary based on scope and experience.
We're looking for a Software Engineer, Fulfillment at an exciting time. We've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $100M in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY. WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN: Scan.com's Fulfillment product is the company's core engine. We use an internal portal that manages the entire patient lifecycle, from referral receipt to radiology reports sent. With it, we are able to schedule patients, assess patient preauthorization, handle medical forms, send notifications, route images and reports, generate invoices & claims — all connected to hundreds of imaging centers and health systems operating disparate, often decades-old systems. As a Software Engineer, Fulfillment, you will architect and build the systems that make these workflows robust, automated, and efficient. This problem area requires genuine passion for scaling operational workflows, working collaboratively with internal operations teams, and the discipline to understand the ins and outs of high-throughput workflows. The reality is that we help hundreds of patients get imaging done every day, and our team is passionate about making sure folks get their care with little to no friction. As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in: * Design and implement patient intake workflows. This includes finishing medical forms, scheduling appointments, and receiving relevant reminders. * Architect a monitoring system of patients in their journey at scale for operations leadership. * Develop delightful, efficient dashboards for scheduling, legal operations, and patient services team members. * Own the automation layer for the operations team: automatic referral ingestion, automatic task assignment, AI voice reminder calls, and dashboards that surface issues to operational leads before they affect patient service expectations. THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR: 1. Deep domain ownership. Within 60 days, you have a complete mental model of our patient journey — every status, every trigger for status change, every role and their tasks, etc. 2. Resilience uplift. You have identified and remediated the most critical workflows for our internal products. There is a measurable reduction in workflow-related operational escalations. 3. Simplicity by design. You have designed or materially evolved our workflows such that a new operations team member can start working with little to no training. 4. Turnaround time reduction. Your work has significantly improved our end-to-end turnaround times for scheduling patients and returning reports to referring providers. 5. AI-enabled scale. You have shipped improvements that drastically reduce the time each operational team member spends serving patients. WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE: You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value: * Proven ability to integrate with legacy systems that were not designed for modern interoperability. For example, aging RIS platforms in radiology, core banking systems in fintech, or equivalent legacy infrastructure in another vertical. The underlying pattern of bridging old and new matters more than the specific domain. * Experience with shipping complex internal operations dashboards and creating delightful experiences. * Proficiency in backend development within modern web stacks—particularly Ruby (e.g., Rails) with an emphasis on building reliable, scalable services and maintaining architectural rigor over specific language choice. * Familiarity with RESTful API integration patterns, including schema versioning, backward compatibility, and API contract management * Strong operational instincts: you instrument what you build, you think about failure modes before they happen, and you treat on-call escalations as a signal about systemic gaps * Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. We care far more about your engineering depth and legacy system fluency than your industry background HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU: We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we're a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order depending on team availability: * Introductory video call with our Senior Talent Partner, approximately 30 minutes. * Video call with a software engineer on the team, approximately 60 minutes. This will be a live assessment of your technical skill. * Assessment stage, which may be a take-home exercise, in-person session, or a combination of the two. This will be cross functional in nature, and will assess your systems design skills along with your ability to evolve a feature with your future teammates. We will be mindful of your time. * Final round with our Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. This round will assess alignment with our company values. * Offer! BENEFITS: We go beyond the basics with our benefits package. Here's what you can expect from us: * Salary range of $170,000 - $220,000 * 401k * Healthcare, Vision, and Dental * All equipment needed to do your role effectively * Flexible and remote/hybrid working options * Personal development budgets * 18 days PTO plus public holidays * 10 paid sick days * Inclusive policies designed by our team, for our team Diversity at SCAN.COM Scan.com is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity within our team.
