Extend is building a modern document processing cloud. We're on a mission to transform how the world’s most exciting companies work with unstructured data. We're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to join our founding team and drive enterprise revenue growth as we scale from 7-figures to 8-figures in ARR. The job is simple — convert curiosity into closed-won deals, and build long-term relationships that turn customers into advocates. WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER JOINING * We've grown revenue 4x last year to several million ARR, with our growth continuing to accelerate * We have a product loved by users and being used in mission-critical flows at enterprises (Square, Zillow, Chime) and startups (Brex, Mercury, Checkr), and many more * The market for document processing has expanded 1000x due to LLMs, and all existing solutions are low NPS * We're punching well above our weight, supporting customer and revenue metrics with half the team size of other startups — everyone joining at this stage will have outsized impact * We've raised our series A, de-risked the business, and our sales team has exceeded quota every quarter, but there's still tremendous upside ahead; now's the perfect time to join. ROLE & IMPACT The role is to guide technical prospects through the rapidly evolving OCR/LLM ecosystem, and help them understand if Extend is a good fit for their needs. You'll serve as a trusted advisor for document processing solutions - from initial proof-of-concepts, to mission-critical production deployments. * You'll lead end to end sales cycles from education to implementation - all while navigating multiple teams (e.g. AI, Engineering, Product, Operations), use cases, and decision criteria * You'll conduct deep technical discovery to understand existing infrastructure, in order to present tradeoffs and prescribe solutions that balance performance, cost, and complexity * You’ll build champions and partner with them to design proof-of-concepts, demonstrate real-world impact, and secure executive buy-in for production rollout * You’ll shepherd prospects through extensive Legal, Security, & Procurement processes - managing sensitive topics from data retention, to deployment strategies, to enterprise pricing models * You’ll guide customers from signed contract to successful deployment - from regular office hours, to configuration recommendations, and workflow best practices, you will remain their go-to Extend advisor * You'll capture & analyze signal from the field, and collaborate with our founding team to continue refining GTM & product strategies IDEAL CANDIDATE CREDENTIALS * You're naturally helpful and curious about how things work. You ask thoughtful questions and actually listen to the answers * You can communicate clearly & authentically across all levels of an organization, from engineers to executives * You have a consultative selling approach and genuinely care about solving customer problems, not just hitting quota * You're comfortable pushing beyond your zone of competence, and remain positive when things don't go according to plan * You have a founder mentality. No task is beneath you, and you thrive when the path isn't perfectly clear * Above all, you're hungry to win and humble in the pursuit BENEFITS Beyond the below, we care deeply about each of our candidates on a personal level. We take the time to understand your needs to craft a package designed for you: * Insurance - 90% health insurance premium coverage * Relocation - for candidates based outside of NYC * Unlimited PTO policy - we trust everyone like owners, take what you need * Daily lunch & snacks covered (plus dinner if you're in the office late) - you'll never go hungry and you help pick the snacks * Unlimited token / tooling access - no handicaps on your productivity * Learning and development investment - we invest heavily in our team and support your growth Extend is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, citizenship status, marital status, pregnancy, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
About F2 F2 is redefining how the financial sector operates by bridging the gap between legacy workflows in institutional finance and the future of AI-driven efficiency. While large financial firms comprise the backbone of the economy, their front and middle-office processes are still manual, spreadsheet-heavy, and fragmented. F2 is the leading vertical AI platform purpose-built for private markets and commercial banking. We transform dense, unstructured deal materials into auditable, decision-ready insights in minutes. This is not generic AI tooling. It is core infrastructure embedded directly into underwriting, credit, and portfolio workflows. We are the only fully vertical platform in this space with meaningful, proven revenue and real product–market fit. Role Overview We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive focused on commercial banking, investment banking, and private credit to own the full-cycle sales motion for F2’s AI platform within these institutions. You will run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end to end, from first executive conversation through signed contract and expansion, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior banking leaders navigating AI adoption in regulated environments. You will work closely with Product, Deployment, and Leadership to shape our enterprise go-to-market motion, bringing real-world institutional insight back into how we build, position, and scale F2 across private markets and commercial banking. This role is ideal for a high-performing, domain-fluent operator with deep in-seat banking experience who thrives in ambiguity, understands how regulated institutions buy, and wants to help define how a leading vertical AI company wins true enterprise deals. What You'll Do * Own the full-cycle sales process for F2's AI platform with commercial and investment banking clients—from first meeting through signed contract and initial expansion. * Prospect and engage Managing Directors, Group Heads, senior credit officers, and product leaders across corporate, commercial, and investment banking. * Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product to design workflows and demos that showcase F2's differentiated value in credit underwriting, monitoring, and deal workflows. * Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across front office, credit risk, operations, and technology. * Navigate complex legal, risk, compliance, and procurement processes typical of regulated financial institutions. * Build deep, multi-threaded relationships within key banking accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner. * Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform F2's go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial banking product roadmap. * Contribute to playbooks and repeatable sales motions for commercial and investment banking as a core vertical. You Might Be a Great Fit if You * Have deep, in-seat experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or private credit. * Bring a strong grasp of credit, underwriting, or capital markets workflows, or a clear aptitude to learn complex banking use cases quickly. * Have experience engaging senior banking leadership in high-stakes decision environments. * You are comfortable running long, strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles. * You thrive in high-ownership environments where domain credibility matters. * You want to operate at the intersection of finance and AI without leaving the institutional ecosystem behind. * You communicate with precision, credibility, and executive presence. * Bonus: Experience interfacing with risk, compliance, or technology teams within large financial institutions. Why Join F2 * Direct impact on a critical growth vertical as commercial banks, investment banks, and private credit institutions adopt AI to modernize underwriting and portfolio workflows. * Opportunity to sell a leading vertical AI platform with real product–market fit and a proven technology moat, embedded directly in high-stakes financial decision making. * Work with a small, high-caliber team at a true inflection point for both F2 and AI in institutional finance, with meaningful traction and blue-chip customers already on the platform. * Engage in true enterprise sales cycles with seven-figure contract values and senior banking leadership at institutions managing hundreds of billions to trillions in assets. * Operate in a high-trust, high-standards culture where domain expertise is valued and you have real influence on product direction and enterprise go-to-market strategy. * Competitive compensation, meaningful upside, and the opportunity to help redefine how institutional finance operates in the age of AI. Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 * Commission: Uncapped * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250k-$450k * Medical, dental, vision coverage * Unlimited PTO * Hybrid flexibility in NY Office (FiDi) * Opportunity to revolutionize how banks and lenders operate with cutting-edge AI technology alongside a top-decile team
We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day. We're doing diagnostics differently, with solutions tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our technology and world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians, attorneys, and providers. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager at an exciting time. We've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $100M in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY. WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN We are a small, high-output team building across a complex technical surface: consumer marketplace, provider-facing scheduling tools, interoperability infrastructure, revenue cycle tooling, and AI-augmented workflows. We don't scale headcount to scale output. We scale leverage through AI-native development practices, tight feedback loops, and engineers who own outcomes rather than tickets. As Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional engineering team and remain a hands-on contributor. We expect roughly 30% of your time to be spent writing code, reviewing architecture, or directly shaping technical decisions. This is not a role for someone who wants to move fully into management. It's a role for someone who finds that combination energising. You will report to our CTO and partner closely with Product, Operations, and Data to ship the systems that run our business. You are expected to be genuinely AI-native: not just comfortable with AI tooling, but actively shaping how your team uses it. That means deploying agents, building evaluation frameworks, and coaching engineers to work at a level of throughput that wasn't possible two years ago. As a scale-up business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in: * Lead and develop a team of engineers across multiple product domains, owning velocity, process, performance, technical growth, and team culture * Remain a consistent technical contributor by writing production code, leading design reviews, and pairing with engineers on complex problems. * Define and enforce engineering standards across code quality, system design, testing discipline, deployment practices, and incident response * Drive the team's AI-native operating model by identifying where AI agents can replace or accelerate engineering workflows, building evaluation frameworks to measure output quality, and coaching engineers to leverage AI tooling as a primary development instrument rather than an occasional aid * Partner with Product to refine roadmaps, push back on scope where necessary, and ensure the team is working on the highest-leverage problems at any given time * Own the architecture of your team's systems by making build vs. buy decisions, managing technical debt deliberately, and ensuring the stack can support the growth trajectory of the business * Contribute to Scan.com's broader engineering culture through interview loops, cross-team design reviews, engineering all-hands, and the institutional knowledge that makes a small team punch above its weight THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR * Team command and trust. Within 90 days, your team has a clear understanding of expectations, a functioning operating rhythm, and confidence that you are both technically credible and invested in their growth. Engineers on your team are shipping more and learning faster than before you arrived. * AI-native team operating model in production. You have assessed the team's current AI tooling practices, identified the highest-leverage gaps, and implemented a repeatable framework across agents, evals, and development workflows that measurably increases throughput without degrading quality. * Technical ownership. You have a complete grasp of the systems your team owns: their architecture, observability, failure modes, scalability constraints, and debt profile. You have a prioritized plan for the most critical improvements and have begun executing against it. * Meaningful individual contribution. Your 30% contributor commitment is real and visible. You have shipped production code, driven at least one significant architectural decision, and demonstrated to your team that you can still do the work. * Organizational trust. Product, Operations, and Data treat you as a peer. You have built the credibility to push back on scope, advocate for technical investment, and represent Engineering in cross-functional prioritization with authority. You are the go-to person for sequencing within large initiatives. WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your first role or your fifth, we believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value: * Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams in a startup environment. You have operated with limited resources, changing priorities, and a high bar for individual output, and you have thrived in that context. * Genuine AI-native fluency: you have deployed AI agents in production engineering workflows, you understand evaluation frameworks and can design them for non-trivial tasks, and you have coached teams to use AI as a primary tool rather than a novelty. Candidates who cannot speak concretely to this will not be competitive * Active technical contributor with strong engineering fundamentals. You write production-quality code in at least one modern backend or full-stack language, can lead a system design discussion at a senior level, and have not been out of the code for more than a year * Experience in a scaling healthcare technology company is a strong plus. Familiarity with the regulatory environment, interoperability constraints, and the operational complexity of healthcare delivery meaningfully shortens the ramp * Strong cross-functional instincts: you have partnered effectively with Product and Operations, understand how to negotiate scope without burning relationships, and can represent technical constraints to a non-technical audience without losing fidelity * A track record of growing engineers. ICs on your previous teams have been promoted, expanded their scope, and credited you with material development in their careers * High ownership orientation: you do not wait to be asked, you do not manage up problems without a proposed path forward, and you treat the business outcomes of your team's work as personally yours HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we're a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order depending on team availability: * Introductory call with our Senior Talent Partner, approximately 30 minutes by phone. * Video call with a senior software engineer on the team, approximately 45 minutes, structured deep-dive into the role and technical domain. * Assessment stage, which may be a take-home exercise, in-person session, or additional video calls. We will be mindful of your time. * Meet the founders and/or other team members. * Offer! BENEFITS We go beyond the basics with our benefits package. Here's what you can expect from us: * Competitive salary range, plus performance bonus and equity * 401k * Healthcare, Vision, and Dental * All equipment needed to do your role effectively * Flexible and remote/hybrid working options * Personal development budgets * 18 days PTO plus public holidays * 10 paid sick days * Inclusive policies designed by our team, for our team Diversity at SCAN.COM Scan.com is committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity within our team. We strive to provide equality and fairness for all job applicants and employees, and never discriminate on the basis of gender, marital status, age, race, ethnicity, religion, or physical differences. We are opposed to all forms of unlawful treatment and discrimination. Our ambition is for our team and its Board to be representative of the diversity in society, and for every employee to feel respected and able to bring their best selves to work.
