Coaching & Development: Close the "Coaching Gap" across the region. You will implement a robust coaching cadence that starts with

East Coast, West Coast, Central, and Brazil areas, along with any new markets that are part of On’s regional expansion. As a

Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus + equity: $152,000 - $185,000. Individual compensation

In this role, you will be a trusted legal partner to the Americas business, advising on a broad range of commercial, marketing, employment, real estate, corporate and dispute-related matters.
