The Role
Legora has grown from 40 to more than 600 people in 18 months. During that time, we reached $100M ARR, tripled our valuation in
five months, and continued expanding into new markets around the world.
Our Talent Acquisition function is now entering its next chapter. The processes, standards, and hiring approach that support our
next phase of growth are being built today, which you’ll play a significant part in. You'll work closely with senior leaders from
day one and play a key role in shaping how Legora hires and scales.
What You'll Do
Revenue growth depends on having the right commercial talent in place, fast, and at a high bar. As a Talent Partner, you will own
that directly. You are not a support function for the Growth team. You are a commercial operator in your own right, accountable
for the quality and velocity of the people who drive Legora's growth.
You will own end-to-end hiring across Growth teams in North America, working closely with senior leaders who are genuinely

As a G&A Talent Partner, you will own hiring across our non-technical, non-GTM functions in North America. Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and everything in between. These are the teams that keep Legora running and scaling with precision, and getting them right matters as much as any other part of the business. You are not a coordinator filling briefs. You are a strategic hiring partner in your own right, accountable for the quality and velocity of the people who hold this company together behind the scenes. WHAT YOU’LL DO Scaling a company at this pace requires the right talent across every function. As a Talent Partner, you will own that directly. You are not an order-taker. You are accountable for the quality and velocity of the hires that keep Legora's infrastructure ahead of its growth. You will own end-to-end hiring across G&A functions in North America, working closely with senior leaders who are genuinely invested in building exceptional teams and trust you to shape how they do it. Specifically, you will: * Partner closely with hiring managers to define role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned to business priorities. * Help shape how Talent operates at Legora, contributing beyond hiring to process design, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives. * Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Marketing, and other Corporate teams, ensuring we stay ahead of demand rather than reacting to it. * Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency while maintaining a high bar for talent across every function and seniority level. * Partner strategically with senior stakeholders on how teams should be structured and sequenced, not just executing briefs but shaping them with a clear point of view. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to offer, acting as a trusted and credible ambassador for Legora throughout. WHAT YOU BRING You understand that hiring decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the teams you hire for. We're looking for: * 5+ years in talent acquisition in a high-growth environment, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed company, with meaningful depth hiring G&A talent * A proven track record hiring high-performing talent across the seniority levels that matter most at this stage of growth * Genuine business acumen. You understand how G&A functions underpin company performance, you speak the language of the leaders you partner with, and you use that fluency to advise on hiring strategy and close exceptional candidates. * The ability to hire across a range of corporate functions without losing rigour. You understand what strong looks like across Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations, and you build the right process for each rather than running the same search every time * Experience partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and team build-out, not just executing briefs, but shaping them * The ability to run multiple complex searches without losing quality or pace. * Comfortable in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action. You build structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions * Collaborative but direct. The Role We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to partner with our Go-to-Market organization. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will partner closely with the CRO and his leadership team to help shape how the GTM organization scales globally. You will report to the VP of Talent, as part of the Talent leadership team. This will be a role that combines strategic leadership, operational excellence and hands-on execution. You will build and lead a global team of high-performing recruiters, while partnering closely with key leaders across the entire business to deliver results. What You'll Do * GTM Talent Strategy: Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for the global GTM organization, including Sales, Engagement and Legal Engineering. Shape the direction of how we hire and who we hire. * Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to the CRO and the global leadership team to align resources to our global hiring plan. Ensure regular reporting, market intelligence, compensation trends and organizational recommendations are delivered. * Team Leadership: Build a high-performing talent team to execute at pace, without sacrificing on quality. THE ROLE Legora's revenue organisation grew from zero to 400 people in 18 months. That team is now operating across the US, Europe and APAC, expanding into new markets. At that pace, the people infrastructure behind a function is what determines how well it scales. The performance standards, management capability, and organisational design that will define how this team operates at 800, 1,000, and beyond are still to be built. You'll build them, working directly with the CRO and their global leadership team, with the scope and access to make it count. WHAT YOU’LL DO As Senior Manager, People Partner, you'll work as a true thought partner to the CRO and their leadership team, helping shape the organisation as it grows while ensuring strong performance, accountability, and organisational health across the function. This isn't a support role. You're a strategic operator who can move between high-level organisational thinking and hands-on delivery when the moment requires it. Specifically, you will: * Own the people agenda for the CRO function globally, partnering with the CRO and their leadership team on org design, workforce planning, headcount decisions, and team structure as the revenue function expands into new markets and segments * Proactively identify organisational challenges before they become systemic. Build a deep understanding of the function's ambitions, risks, and capability gaps and get ahead of them * Set and hold the performance bar. Drive calibration, coach managers through difficult conversations, and intervene early when standards slip rather than after the damage is done * Build management capability in a team that's grown faster than most leaders have had time to develop. Many people managers here are first-time or early-tenure leaders operating at scale for the first time * Own complex ER matters, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics in partnership with regional People Partners across EMEA and APAC * Act as the primary connection between the revenue function and the wider People organisation, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Tech, ensuring global frameworks translate into real impact on the ground WHAT YOU BRING You understand that people decisions are business decisions, and you hold yourself accountable to the same outcomes as the leaders you partner with. We're looking for: * A background in a senior HRBP or People Partner role, with meaningful time in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment * A track record as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leadership, shaping decisions rather than supporting them. You can speak the language of pipeline, quota, territory design, and headcount ratios without needing it translated * Deep experience across the full people agenda: org design, performance, leadership development, compensation, ER, and organisational change at pace * Comfortable building from scratch with a strong bias toward action. You create structure where none exists and move without waiting for perfect conditions * Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident challenging senior stakeholders when the bar slips * Solid working knowledge of New York employment law.
