AV, cabling, and physical-security infrastructure — with Workplace Technology Staff supporting as the site scales, and works
alongside the EAs, Workspace, Office Managers, and Brand/Events teams.
One Lead per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver); they share playbooks and cover for one another. This role

THE ROLE The IT and AI Enablement function exists to make Legora itself run as well as the product we sell: secure, automated, and compounding over time. The Director of Workplace Technology owns the on-site technology experience across every Legora office — the rooms that connect, the day-one onboarding that just works, the buildouts that come up clean — and leads the Workplace Technology Leads who own each major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver). You set the standards the sites run on, own the function's budget and vendor framework, and are the technology counterpart to Workplace. This is a build-the-function role: the standards, the playbooks, and the team are yours to shape. What You'll Be Doing * Lead and grow the five Workplace Technology Leads — one per major site (Stockholm, London, New York, Sydney, Denver) — hiring, developing, and holding a consistent bar across all of them. * Set and own the global standards every site runs on — hardware, AV and conferencing, network, physical-security infrastructure, and the day-one onboarding bar — so a Legora office feels the same wherever it is. * Own the Workplace Technology budget and vendor framework globally: forecast with Finance, standardize vendors and contracts, and feed the site budgets that Workplace owns. * Partner with Workplace on every buildout and expansion — owning the technology scope (AV, network, and badge / camera / cabling commissioning) within their fit-outs, from requirements at kickoff to a clean first day of business. * Work with Information Security on access, network, and device controls, with IT Systems on the network spine and endpoint estate, and with People on onboarding. * Run the function on Legora's shared service desk and AI-native ITSM (Serval) — common SLAs, automated routing, and the agentic automation that lets small on-site teams punch above their weight — and decide when each site needs its own Lead, and when Leads need staff. Who You Are * 10+ years in IT / workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations, including multi-site or global responsibility and managing managers or senior ICs. * A builder of functions — you've set standards, hired teams, and made distributed sites feel like one company. * Credible hands-on and with the business — you can debug a meeting room and hold a budget conversation with Finance in the same day. * A strong cross-functional partner across Workplace, Security, IT, People, and Finance — you land shared outcomes without turf wars. * Comfortable across time zones — you keep five sites from Sydney to Denver aligned, and build the async habits that make that work. * Standards-minded and pragmatic — you know when to enforce one global way and when to let a site adapt. THE ROLE As Lead Legal Engineer, you’ll operate as a player-coach: leading Legora’s most complex and high-impact client engagements while managing and developing a team of Legal Engineers. You’ll combine deep legal knowledge, product expertise, and people leadership to drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver measurable outcomes across your clients and your team. THE ROLE We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing. This role owns the engine room of marketing: the martech stack, campaign hierarchy, lead scoring and routing, and budget, that determine how fast, how well, and how cost-effectively marketing-generated demand converts into pipeline impact. You'll work hand-in-hand with RevOps and the wider marketing team, and in particular a regional marketing director, to make sure every region has the reporting it needs to run its business. You're equally comfortable in the weeds of a routing rule and in a room with regional leadership explaining what the numbers mean. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own campaign hierarchy and structure: Build and maintain a clean, consistent campaign hierarchy in Salesforce (and connected tools) so every initiative, a single webinar, a third-party event, a sponsorship, a paid campaign, rolls up correctly into its parent program and ultimately into channel and pipeline reporting. * Enable campaign-level analytics: Make sure every campaign is structured and tagged so its performance can be isolated on its own or rolled up to the program level. Partner with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how those metrics get modeled and presented, so at any given point we know exactly which campaigns are driving pipeline and which aren't. * Own the martech stack: Administer and continuously improve our marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, intent data, BI/analytics tools), keeping tools integrated, clean, and trusted. * Manage the marketing ops budget: Monitor spend across tools, campaigns, and vendors; ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget; and flag cost-effectiveness issues before they become a problem. * Improve speed-to-lead: In close partnership with RevOps, design, implement, and iterate lead scoring models and routing logic so the right leads reach the right rep as fast as possible. * Partner with RevOps: Be marketing's counterpart to RevOps on funnel definitions, handoffs, SLAs, and data hygiene across the lead-to-opportunity process. * Support regional marketing leadership: Work closely with regional marketing directors, alongside RevOps and the Data Analytics team, to make sure each region has the dashboards and reporting it needs for visibility into pipeline, funnel performance, and campaign impact. * Drive data integrity: Own the data model connecting marketing systems to Salesforce, and Hubspot, ensuring consistent fields, campaign attribution, and reporting logic across the funnel. * Enable the marketing team: Act as the go-to person for marketing systems and reporting questions, training the wider team on tools, processes, and self-serve dashboards. WHAT YOU BRING * An analytical, AI-enabled business mindset: 4-5 years of experience in marketing operations, equally comfortable building a report and explaining what it means for the business, is a campaign underperforming because of targeting, creative, or timing, and what should we do about it. You're quick to bring in AI tools (e.g., Clay) to work faster and smarter, not just to keep up with them. * Campaign reporting expertise: A track record of designing campaign hierarchies and reporting structures that let stakeholders drill from a single event or ad down to individual performance, and back up to full program-level ROI. * Salesforce expertise: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including the Campaign object, campaign hierarchies, and reporting/dashboards. This is a requirement. * Marketing automation and BI fluency: Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Customer.io) and comfortable working in analytics/BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or Tableau, enough to partner effectively with RevOps and the Data Analytics team on how metrics get modeled and presented. You don't need to build every dashboard solo. * Lead scoring and routing experience: Proven experience designing lead scoring models and routing logic, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. * Systems thinking: You see how tools, data, and process connect, and default to fixing the underlying system rather than patching one-off issues. * Clear communicator: You can explain technical or data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including regional leaders who need answers, not jargon.
