Compensation for this role is structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE), consisting of a base salary and performance-based variable

This is a highly consultative, partner-facing role at the intersection of Solution Engineering, Architecture, and Consulting. You will work closely with partners and their clients to design, shape, and guide AI Agent implementations, ensuring successful outcomes while enabling partners to independently execute over time. Rather than focusing purely on hands-on building, your mission is to co-create solutions, educate partners, and drive strong architectural decisions across AI Agent deployments.
