ABOUT THE TEAM Engineering at Privy is distinguished by: * High urgency—Shipping very small iterations, very fast, to learn very quickly.  * Product taste—Our customers are developers, and to build effective products for them requires technical knowledge —you will often be "the PM". * Security mindset—A great portion of our product is trust. While we have a dedicated security team, every engineer brings security to their designs from the start. In practice, we use boring technology like Node, React, and AWS so we can focus our engineering energy entirely on pushing the boundaries of Privy's core product, e.g. through hardware enclaves, multi-region low-latency APIs, and blockchain abstractions that are accessible to mainstream developers. At Privy, our Forward Deployed Engineers work on the company’s most important customer problems. They partner closely with customers to architect our most complex integrations and build new product features that close the gap to win deals. WHAT YOU’LL DO We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead this team as it continues to grow. You’ll be responsible for helping an outstanding group of Forward Deployed Engineers do the best work of their careers while staying laser-focused on helping Privy and its customers win. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of customers, product development, and engineering. You’ll help the team stay focused on the highest-value work, raise the bar on execution, and help turn customer signal into new products and features. As the manager of this team, you own its overall impact. ABOUT THE TEAM At Privy, Solutions Engineering owns the technical customer journey from evaluation through launch and beyond. They are the primary technical DRI throughout the entire customer lifecycle (pre-sales, integration, and post-launch support). They help customers move fast, stay unblocked, and get to production with confidence. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering. You’ll work closely with Account Management, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), Product Engineering to make sure customers are set up to succeed and that technical issues get resolved quickly and clearly. We’re looking for someone who is deeply technical, highly organized, and customer-obsessed. Someone who can quarterback complex integrations, communicate clearly with technical stakeholders, and keep customer work moving with speed and rigor.  WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the technical relationship for Privy’s most important customers end-to-end * Lead technical discovery, implementation planning, and launch coordination * Drive integrations to successful completion * Unblock customer issues quickly and with urgency * Coordinate technical follow-through across internal and external stakeholders * Partner closely with Account Management on customer health and escalations * Work with FDE when a problem requires bespoke technical work or product development * Route long-tail issues to Support Engineering and keep ownership clear * Surface recurring customer pain points and product feedback to the broader team WHO YOU ARE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role * Strong technical judgment and comfort in complex customer environments * Excellent communication and follow-through * Strong ownership and a bias toward action * High customer empathy and sound prioritization * Ability to manage ambiguity and keep workstreams moving

Here, you’ll spend your time automating the mundane, architecting the complex, and scaling the future of our Azure AI and OpenAI offerings. This role is for you if you find more joy in writing a PowerShell script to solve a recurring app error than in managing a cluster’s networking. This is a code-centric role where infrastructure is treated as a software product. Everything you build is versioned, reviewed, tested, and continuously improved. Our goal is to reduce repetitive work and create the “Golden Paths” that let developers and AI teams deploy quickly, securely, and reliably.  About the role: As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll help build and grow our Azure-based platform. You’ll own the design, automation, and delivery of modular cloud infrastructure, ensuring it’s resilient, scalable, and easy for teams to use. Your work will reduce friction, remove unnecessary steps, and make it simple for developers and data teams to focus on building features instead of worrying about infrastructure. What you’ll do:  Build the "Golden Path" Pipelines: You won't just "run" pipelines; you will architect them. You’ll design and maintain CI/CD templates (YAML-based) that standardize how our applications are built, tested, and deployed. Your goal is to make the path from code-complete to production-ready as invisible and frictionless as possible for our developers. Automated Application Remediation: We don't believe in manual maintenance. You will use PowerShell and Azure DevOps to build automated pipelines for things like patching the container OS, reporting on deviations and self healing infrastructure Infrastructure as Versioned Code: You’ll design and implement modular Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep), following the Azure Well-Architected Framework for reliability, performance, and cost. We are looking for you who have: Expert-level PowerShell skills: We operate in an environment where automation is built on PowerShell first. (Bash & Python are secondary) Proven experience with Azure Bicep: You should be comfortable treating infrastructure as a software product, versioning, testing and modularizing Bicep code. Developer-centric approach: You don't need to be a fullstack developer, but you need to understand application logic enough to automate patching, troubleshoot database connections, and optimize application performance within the cloud. Fluency in English (written and spoken). You’ll be comfortable owning tasks end to end and making technical decisions independently within the areas listed above.
