Key Responsibilities Creative & Design Direction * Creative Conception (Ownership & Support): Autonomously lead the creative and visual design phase on mid-to-large projects, and support Creative Directors on massive global assignments—translating strategic blueprints into beautiful, brave, and award-winning design solutions. * Strategy-to-Creative Synergy: Bridge the gap between logic and magic. Leadership & Collaboration * Mentorship & Psychological Safety: Act as a supportive mentor to Junior and Mid-weight Designers, offering constructive feedback, guiding their craft About You * Design Track Record: 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design and brand identity, ideally within a premium design consultancy, brand agency, or creative studio. * CPG, Structural & Beyond: Deep experience designing for consumer brands (CPG/FMCG) with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design systems, brand identity, structural branding integration. * The Modern Toolkit: Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite.
