As an Elite Workiva partner, Alpha’s Workiva practice is one of our core solution offerings. We are looking for an experienced
Manager-level consultant who can step into active client delivery, lead Workiva implementation projects, manage delivery teams,
and drive high-quality outcomes across complex reporting and operational initiatives.
Role Overview
The Manager, Workiva Implementation Consultant will lead client-facing Workiva implementation projects from discovery through
go-live. This individual will be responsible for managing project delivery, leading client workshops, overseeing solution design,
coordinating consultants and solution architects, and ensuring the Workiva platform is configured to support each client’s
reporting and business needs.
This is a hands-on consulting leadership role. The ideal candidate can quickly pick up active projects, understand client
requirements, organize workstreams, manage teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive delivery forward with minimal

Compensation and Benefits
There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets,
experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the salary range is $130,000 – $160,000
USD, subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, candidates will be eligible for a variable bonus.

About the Team Our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice enables clients to achieve operational and financial excellence through advanced planning, forecasting, and profitability solutions. We partner with financial services and private markets clients to design and implement solutions that enhance financial decision-making through technology-driven transformation. Role Overview As a Solutions Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled FP&A transformations. You will leverage Pigment to help clients reimagine their planning, reporting, and analysis processes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while mentoring junior consultants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. You’ll lead or support delivery teams, collaborate with client stakeholders, and help build the Pigment delivery capability within the EPM practice—bringing tailored solutions to the financial services and alternative investments sectors. Responsibilities * Conduct discovery sessions to understand client planning processes and identify challenges aligned to Pigment’s capabilities. * Design, configure, and implement Pigment-based solutions for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation, deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and facilitate solution workshops. * Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to support pre-sales engagements and ensure successful post-sale implementations. * Lead strategic engagements for high-value accounts with complex financial reporting or multi-entity requirements. * Provide functional expertise in accounting standards such as IFRS and GAAP. * Develop client-facing deliverables including project plans, functional/technical specs, and polished presentations. * Analyze financial and operational data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations. * Lead and mentor consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development within the team. Qualifications * 5-7+ years of consulting or FP&A transformation experience, ideally within financial services or private markets. * Experience delivering or supporting Pigment implementations (preferred) or other EPM platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, SAP BPC). * Strong understanding of financial planning, reporting, and consolidation processes. * Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage delivery teams. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Technology-related field. * Technical experience in data modeling and multi-dimensional planning environments is a plus.
