You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. ABOUT THE ROLE Snowflake is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist, Benelux to join our growing marketing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will plan and execute field marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue across the Benelux region. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is extremely organized and eager to learn. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Plan and execute field marketing programs — Own the end-to-end delivery of regional field events (executive roundtables, roadshows, hosted dinners, third-party sponsorships) that generate pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities. * Drive pipeline contribution — Partner with regional Sales and SDRs to align programs to account and territory priorities, ensuring consistent pipeline and bookings impact. * Manage event logistics — Coordinate all aspects of event execution including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, content, and post-event follow-up. * Collaborate cross-functionally — Work with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure regional programs are aligned to global campaign strategy. * Track and report performance — Measure program ROI including responses, MQLs, meetings, SQOs, and influenced pipeline. Report findings to stakeholders on a regular cadence. * Manage budget — help maintain the regional field marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and accurate forecasting. * Support ABM motions — Align field activities to target account lists and coordinate with the ABM team on account-specific engagement programs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation. * Proven track record of planning and executing multi-format events that deliver measurable pipeline impact. * Strong project management skills — ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Experience working closely with Sales teams, ideally in a technology or SaaS company. * Data-driven mindset: comfortable working with marketing metrics and CRM/MA tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to influence and align across functions. * Based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam; comfortable traveling within Benelux as needed. * Fluency in Dutch and English required; additional European language(s) a plus. NICE TO HAVE * Experience in a high-growth cloud, data, or AI company. * Experience managing third-party agencies and event vendors. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
