OVERVIEW Remarcable is looking for a dedicated, product-savvy professional to connect our mechanical contractor clients to their relied-upon suppliers via our cloud-based procurement application. In this specialized role, you will bridge the gap between technical integration setup, complex product catalog management, and strategic relationship building. You will serve as Remarcable’s internal mechanical product expert, working closely with our core Catalog team to master catalog integrity, while simultaneously managing mechanical supplier onboarding, maintaining long-term supplier relationships, and supporting our sales team in technical conversations with new prospects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Mechanical Catalog Expertise: Partner closely with the Catalog team to answer catalog-specific questions, validate product descriptions, and ensure mechanical supplier catalogs are cleanly mapped and structurally accurate. * Supplier Onboarding and Relations: Onboard new mechanical suppliers and proactively establish, nurture, and maintain active long-term relationships with them. * Sales Enablement: Act as the technical subject matter expert for the sales team during conversations with new mechanical contractors and suppliers, helping to articulate how our platform handles complex mechanical workflows. * Integration Management: Determine the best method of integration for each supplier, working through API, EDI, or OCR data channels. Coordinate with supplier integration teams to establish correct mapping, run pre-live testing, and deploy solutions on schedule. * Support and Training: Provide clear training to suppliers on processing quotations and purchase orders through Remarcable. Create or edit technical setup documentation for supplier reference. WHO YOU ARE This job is right for you if you have: * Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in a professional SaaS, project management, or distribution environment. * Deep Mechanical Knowledge: You know mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or piping product lines, parts workflows, and purchasing terminology. * Technical Integration Awareness: Familiarity with API, EDI integrations, or software data configurations is highly valued as you will provide input during technical setup discussions. * The Data and People Balance: You enjoy digging into complex spreadsheet data and catalog hierarchies, but you are equally comfortable conducting software demonstrations, running training sessions, and jumping on calls with sales prospects. * Core Skills: Exceptional organization, high adaptability, clear communication, and a strong sense of ownership over your projects. As a Onboarding Project Manager at Remarcable, you’ll be the trusted guide for new customers stepping into our platform for the first time. You’ll ensure every customer has a smooth, confident, and successful start — setting the tone for a lasting partnership. Your mission: help our customers realize value fast, empower them through great training and support, and hand them off to our Customer Success team fully equipped to thrive. You’ll be the critical bridge between our product and the real-world success of our users. What You’ll Do * Lead onboarding journeys – Guide new customers through setup and configuration of our platform, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation. * Train and empower – Deliver engaging product demos, onboarding calls, and group webinars to teach customers best practices and help them see quick wins. * Create resources – Develop and maintain onboarding materials, training guides, and self-serve documentation to scale your impact. * Be the customer’s go-to – Serve as the primary contact during onboarding, addressing questions, resolving setup issues, and ensuring customers feel supported. * Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Sales to ensure a seamless handoff, and partner with Customer Success to transition accounts post-onboarding. * Drive improvement – Capture feedback from new customers to help refine our onboarding experience and influence product enhancements.
