På plats i Örebro finns ca 25 kollegor i olika roller inom produktutveckling, sälj, order, utbildning, verkstad, service & support. I rollen som Technical Trainer kommer du, tillsammans med din kollega Henrik, driva och utveckla produktutbildningar för koncernens produkter inom tung fordonsindustri. Det innefattar allt ifrån planering och skapande av kursmaterial till praktisk genomförande av utbildningar. Du arbetar mot en global marknad och kommer hålla utbildningar för distributörer och slutanvändare som använder produkterna ute i verkstadsmiljöer. De produkter du kommer att instruera och utbilda inom är främst produkter och lösningar för ramrikt, hjulinställning, induktionsvärmare samt skadehantering, för att säkerställa att fordonen är korrekt justerade och i gott skick. Join our Scandinavian Training Team as a Technical Trainer and play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality technical training for customers, agents, and internal employees. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and continuously improving technical training programs. You will ensure that participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to work effectively with our products and systems while contributing to the development of training materials, technical documentation, and digital learning solutions. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and follow up on technical training programs for internal and external participants across Scandinavia. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, technical manuals, and training programs Deliver both standardized and customized technical training courses at various competency levels. Conduct forklift operator training and issue training certificates and operator licenses. Develop and finalize eLearning content and training programs for different learning levels. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical content, documentation, and training materials remain accurate and up to date. Additional Tasks Coordinate your own travel arrangements for approved training activities and assist visitors with travel support when required. Ensure a professional and positive experience for training participants and visitors. Gather and share technical insights regarding product functionality and field experiences across the organization. Identify and report issues related to product functionality, drawings, software, and technical documentation. Work closely with the Technical Documentation department to support updates of training and service documentation. We are looking for a passionate and pedagogical professional with strong technical expertise and a genuine interest in sharing knowledge. You should be structured, self-driven, service-minded, and comfortable working in an international environment.You enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and experience levels, and you have the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way. To succeed in this role, you should have: Strong pedagogical skills and excellent communication abilities. High social competence and a customer- and service-oriented mindset. Strong technical knowledge within hydraulics, electronics, mechanics, and software systems. Extensive product knowledge or the ability to quickly acquire advanced technical product expertise. Experience working with similar machinery or technical products is considered an advantage. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus. We are looking for a Technical Trainer who is passionate about both technology and learning. In this role, you will help customers, partners, and internal teams succeed with Clavister’s cybersecurity solutions by delivering high-quality technical training and developing scalable learning experiences. You will combine deep technical understanding with strong pedagogical skills to design and deliver training that enables real-world product adoption. Working closely with product and technical teams, you will ensure that our education programs stay accurate, relevant, and aligned with the evolution of our solutions. About the Role As Technical Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for a global audience. The role includes both live training sessions and the development of modern learning content such as e-learning modules, labs and other training materials. Who You Are: * A seasoned technical trainer or enablement professional with 5+ years of related experience in cloud-native or observability environments. * Strong foundation in observability, monitoring, or cloud-native technologies, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in Datadog’s core areas (Infrastructure, Logs, APM) and continually expand into additional product areas over time. * Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hands-on experience with modern automation and development tooling (scripting, CI/CD, containerization, configuration management). * Recognized for expert presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences - from technical practitioners to executives. * Proven success in driving high CSAT scores across customer training engagements. * Experienced in creating or updating enablement content to improve training quality and scalability. * Able to demonstrate professional judgment in solving diverse problems and managing customer interactions. * Mentor-minded, comfortable supporting the growth of peers and new hires. * Successfully completed at least one industry-related certification (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, or other relevant areas). * Hands-on experience with modern automation and development tooling, including scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby), configuration management (Chef, Puppet), CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), along with familiarity with DevSecOps practices * Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as needed. * Fluency in English & Italian required.
