Stillingen er et engasjement i 100 % stilling, med varighet på ett år og mulighet for forlengelse.
Du har bachelorgrad i tegnspråk eller tilsvarende kompetanse. Manglende formalkompetanse kan kompenseres med relevant erfaring, solid tegnspråkkompetanse og dokumentert undervisningserfaring.
Gode ferdigheter i norsk tegnspråk er nødvendig. Stillingen innebærer kursadministrasjon, deltakeroppfølging, markedsføring og kontakt med samarbeidspartnere.
Stillingen krever grunnleggende digital kompetanse, blant annet til kursplanlegging, markedsføring, deltakeroppfølging og bruk av digitale arbeidsverktøy.

Kveldsarbeid må påregnes, da NDF Oslo gjennomfører tegnspråkkurs på kveldstid. Det er normalt kveldskurs tre ganger i året: høst, vinter og vår. Hvert kurs går over 8 kvelder à 3 timer. Det utgjør normalt 24 kurskvelder i løpet av ett år, med roligere perioder mellom kursperiodene.
Kveldsarbeid inngår som en planlagt del av stillingen. Arbeidstid avtales og planlegges i dialog med daglig leder, innenfor NDF Oslos arbeidstids- og fleksitidsordninger.
Dersom det oppstår større behov for kurs på dagtid, kan omfanget av kveldskurs bli redusert. Stillingen krever grunnleggende digital kompetanse, blant annet til kursplanlegging, markedsføring, deltakeroppfølging og bruk av digitale arbeidsverktøy.
YOUR ROLE As a Liquidity Manager, you will be part of the 360TGTX Liquidity Management Team. You will be responsible for handling the daily interaction with FX Market Makers and Takers in the region. This includes handling tag and client mapping, analyse trading data, and be first line of interaction with customers. You will be curating an ecosystem to ensure an optimal experience for both market makers and liquidity takers. Working with Liquidity Providers to help monetise flow and to build the liquidity pool to meet the taker’s needs. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage actively with Market Makers and Takers in the region to cultivate strong relationships and secure liquidity commitments * Interact closely with local sales teams to ensure platform engagement, identify potential clients, and collaborate on marketing initiatives * Serve as the first point of contact for GTX clients in the AMERICAS region, promptly addressing their issues, queries, and concerns * Professionally address participant issues, providing timely solutions and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members * Continuously increase technical knowledge of participants by providing comprehensive training on platform operations, order types, and KPIs * Develop and execute localized strategies for business growth in alignment with the global strategy, tailoring approaches to the specific needs and preferences of the AMERICAS market * Support business expansion and lead generation for regional sales, identifying new opportunities and actively pursuing them to achieve growth targets YOUR PROFILE * Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Finance-related fields * Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for interactions with banks and hedge funds. Service and detail-oriented, with a goal-oriented mindset * Attributes: Reliable, credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication skills. Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player attitude * Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Liquidity Management and knowledge in FX Spot and NDF markets are beneficial. Job description: We are looking to hire a Trading Assistant who will help to bridge the working relationship between the Portfolio Management Team and Execution Team. The successful candidate will: * Ensure trades are captured accurately by internal risk systems. Capture end of day risk and ensure trade blotter is clean and that all trades are booked. * Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth settlement of all trades. * Aid in Portfolio management bookkeeping tasks to limit residual interest rate and FX risk. * Control the futures’ delivery process to ensure Portfolio Managers are trading the current, most liquid futures contracts. * Manage NDF fixing risk. * Aid with PnL reconciliation for Fixed Income, FX, and Interest Rate focused strategies. * Work in close integration with software development team to optimize Pharo’s start to finish trading processes.
