Mission Brief We deliver the half of the rocket that stays on the ground. As Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end safety & compliance of the company’s ground infrastructure systems according to location and system specific standards. This includes direct and indirect technical involvement in safety & risk assessment processes, as well as component selection and safety system implementations. You are acting as technical lead, also serving in an interfacing function between the different ground system disciplines i.e. fluid, control and mechanical systems. Mission Brief  We deliver the half of the rocket that stays on the ground. As a Senior Fluid Systems Design Engineer at the Ground Systems department of Isar Aerospace, you deliver the ground fluid infrastructure required for safe, reliable, and rapid test and launch of the Spectrum rocket. This includes test-rigs for development, qualification, and acceptance of launch vehicle and propulsion systems as well as entire launch bases. You work hand-in-hand with Propulsion and Launch Vehicle development teams to translate their requirements into functional designs and concepts of operations. Mission Brief  As a Software Engineer in the Ground Control Systems team, you will contribute directly to the development and maintenance of critical libraries and tools for our in-house software.  You will work on software that operates hardware and real missions, where correctness, robustness, and clarity truly matter.
