WHO WE ARE Inato is a Tech for Good company striving to bring clinical research to each and every patient, regardless of who they are or where they live. To do this, we are building the world's first clinical trial platform to create greater visibility, access, and engagement across a more diverse population of doctors and their patients. Drug development is a challenging, intellectually complex, and rewarding endeavor: we enable global pharmaceutical companies to confidently partner with community-based researchers to increase patient access to the latest medical innovations. Our AI-powered platform currently offers clinical trials from leading companies to over 5,500 sites across the globe and we are well poised for growth in 2026. We are a growing team of passionate pharmaceutical experts, software and AI engineers, professional services members, and many more—all bringing their unique perspectives to solve the challenges facing clinical research. Inato is the recent recipient of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024, Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15, and Built In's Best Places to Work 2025. The Role We're hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer, Product to own how data moves from Inato's platform into the hands of the people who depend on it — our product squads, CS and Marketing teams, sponsors, and sites. You'll enable trusted self-service at scale, prove the value of our new product offerings faster, and ship data products directly into the user experience. You'll report to Alexandre Halley (Data Director) and partner daily with Product squads (PMs, engineers, designers), with regular touchpoints into CS, Marketing, and Sponsor / Site Ops. Our stack includes Segment, Airbyte, Dagster, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, FullStory, and more. What you'll own * Trusted self-service at scale. Own metric definitions, build the semantic layer powering our AI-driven self-service in Hex, and govern what gets exposed so non-data teams can answer their own questions confidently. * Faster value validation for new offerings. Partner with squads to translate vague operational pains (a CS workflow, a sponsor enablement gap, a prototype idea) into working data assets in days — from real-data prototype to production-grade pipeline. * Data products in front of users. Own the tables consumed by the product itself, and the user-facing dashboards (embeds, custom interfaces) that sponsors, sites, and internal teams rely on day to day. * Using AI to scale yourself and the team. Automate the parts of data work that don't need a human in the loop so the team can keep pace as new offerings multiply and Inato grows. The data team is pioneering AI-enablement internally, and this role is at the front of that. What success looks like * By 3 months: You own at least one new-offering data pipeline end-to-end. Corresponding data points are available for self-service, and new metric definitions are live. You've automated at least one internal process using AI. * By 6 months: At least three user-facing dashboards or data streams are live. Requirements Must-have * 4+ years as an Analytics Engineer, or in a hybrid data engineer/analyst role with strong analytics engineering ownership. * Strong dbt + warehouse modeling skills (we use BigQuery). * Track record of owning data products end-to-end: definition → ship → measurable adoption. * A genuine product mindset — you start from the user's problem, not from the SQL. * Excellent written and verbal communication with non-data stakeholders. * Comfort navigating ambiguity — you can turn a vague operational pain into a working data asset without a fully-specified ticket. Nice-to-have * Fluency with AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Hex AI) and a habit of using it to ship faster. * Experience building production-grade company dashboards. * Domain exposure to healthcare, clinical trials, or other regulated industries. Working style You're impact-driven and pragmatic — you instinctively reach for the shortest path to the user's need. You're systematic: you'd rather improve the system than re-fix the same symptom. You're satisfied shipping the 80% solution at 20% of the effort, then iterating on it. You're equally comfortable in a stakeholder conversation, a dbt PR, and a quick prototype. You'll thrive here if your career arc looks something like: started as an analyst or PM, moved up the stack toward analytics engineering or data product, have lived in start-ups or scale-ups where you owned a meaningful slice of the data value chain end-to-end, and have shipped complex projects with measurable end-user value. Location and Compensation * France-based, remote-first. Office available in Grands Boulevards, Paris if you want to use it. * Base salary range: 65,000€ – 80,000€, plus equity. No individual variable bonus. Why this role, why now Inato is in a phase of rapid growth driven by new product offerings, and the data team is one of the functions directly responsible for proving and scaling that value. You'll have a direct line to the VP Product, real ownership from day one, and a small senior team around you. Inato is leaning hard into AI-enablement, and the data team is pioneering it internally — there's a clear path to Lead or Staff Analytics engineer, or Data Product Manager within 2–3 years as our data-as-a-product surface grows. Perks * Remote-first philosophy & flexible hours * Amazing office in Grands Boulevards, Paris where you can meet with colleagues if this is important for you * Top-of-the-line equipments * Compensatory time (RTT) * Health insurance (Benefiz, 100% paid by Inato) * Meal vouchers (Swile) * Contribution to healthy activities (Wellpass, ex-Gymlib) * Free books & learning material

Inato is the recent recipient of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024, Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15, and Built In's Best Places to Work 2025. THE ROLE As our Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will own the maintainability and scalability of the infrastructure that powers Inato's platform. Reporting to Bastien, our CTO, you will split your time between projects that strengthen our infrastructure and run work that keeps it healthy. Until now, infrastructure work has been a shared responsibility between all members of the tech department. Now that we have multiples teams, more complex services, and a rapidly growing volume of patient data and system integrations, we believe it's time for a dedicated position. This is a high-ownership, senior individual-contributor role: you will inherit a functioning system, and be responsible for bringing it to the next level. Your success will be measured by the impact of your projects on product delivery, and your ability to prevent and solve production issues. RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead projects that improve the maintainability and scalability of our cloud infrastructure * Own day-to-day infrastructure operations, solving problems directly or making sure they are dispatched to the right team * Coach other tech team members on how to best leverage the capabilities of our cloud infrastructure QUALIFICATIONS MUST-HAVE * 5+ years in a similar role (infrastructure, platform, SRE, DevOps) * Strong experience building and maintaining highly available cloud infrastructure environments using code, directly supporting product delivery * Deep understanding of Linux systems, containerization and orchestration * Solid networking fundamentals * Excellent communication, able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences NICE-TO-HAVE * Experience with GCP * Experience as the first or sole dedicated infrastructure hire * Experience in a regulated or healthcare environment CONCRETE PROJECT EXAMPLES * Redesign our IAM model. Move us from ad-hoc, hand-managed permissions to a clean least-privilege structure managed as code, making access auditable, consistent, and easy to reason about as we scale. * Centralize our logging. Re-architect how we handle logs so everything flows into a single dedicated sink project, giving the team one reliable place to observe and debug across environments. * Bring our cloud costs under control. Build cost visibility and guardrails into our GCP footprint, surfacing waste, setting budgets and alerting, and making cost a first-class signal in how we run infrastructure. TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT * Cloud: GCP, GKE, Cloud Run * Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform * CI/CD: GitHub, GitHub Actions * Observability: OpenTelemetry, Axiom See more on stackshare LOCATION & COMPENSATION * France-based, remote-first. ABOUT AURELIAN Aurelian builds AI tools that help 911 centers handle more with less, so telecommunicators can stay focused on what matters most and communities get the response they need. AVA is a conversational AI agent that answers non-emergency calls; the agent routes, triages, and resolves the calls without any human intervention. By handling administrative calls like noise complaints, lost dogs, and parking inquiries, AVA eliminates hold times and lets call-takers focus their energy on actual emergencies. CORA supports call-takers on the calls that matter most. CORA is an on-screen assistant that delivers real-time SOP checklists, smart reminders, and contextual guidance as an emergency call unfolds, so dispatchers stay calm, consistent, and confident when every second counts. When AVA detects an emergency mid-call, it transfers the caller to a telecommunicator and passes along the caller details, location, incident type, and key statements directly into CORA. The call-taker never starts from scratch. The problem we're solving is serious. The average emergency communications center is 30% understaffed nationwide. Staffing shortages drive burnout and attrition, which makes the shortage worse. Meanwhile, 60-80% of the calls coming in aren't even emergencies at all. Aurelian addresses both sides of that equation: AVA reduces unnecessary call volume, and CORA makes every emergency call more manageable for the people handling it. Aurelian is live in centers across the country, answering thousands of non-emergency calls every day, and is backed by New Enterprise Associates and Y Combinator. Aurelian is growing rapidly; we are hiring people who want to help scale this work and make a real difference in public safety infrastructure for communities across the country. WHY JOIN US We're hiring a Senior Product Engineer to own product outcomes end-to-end. We don't have product managers at Aurelian — our engineers talk to customers, decide what to build, and ship it. This role is for someone who is as excited about why we're building something as how. You'll write code every week, but the thing that makes you exceptional is your ability to deeply understand a problem, make smart product decisions, and own the outcome. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Own product outcomes, not just features: You won't be handed a spec. You'll talk to customers, identify the highest-leverage problems, figure out what to build, and build it. * Be the PM for your area: You'll define the roadmap, make prioritization tradeoffs, and communicate progress across the company. * Ship fast and iterate: Build and ship features across our platform — from AI call handling, to dispatcher-facing tools, to analytics and integrations. Get things into customers' hands, learn, and iterate. * Work directly with customers: Our users are 9-1-1 dispatchers and PSAP administrators. You'll visit dispatch centers, watch how they use the product, and use that context to drive what you build next. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Product thinker first, engineer second: You've owned products or features end-to-end — not just built what someone else decided. You think in terms of user problems and outcomes, not just technical solutions. * Comfortable across the stack: 4+ years of software engineering experience. You can build what needs building — frontend, backend, or both. You don't need to be the deepest technical expert on the team, but you're a capable, confident engineer. * High ownership: You see a problem, figure out the right thing to build, and drive it to completion. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just your code. * Customer empathy: You genuinely like understanding how people use software. You're energized by customer conversations, not drained by them. To learn more about what it's like to work at Aurelian, visit our About Us page and follow us on LinkedIn to stay up to date! We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every qualification listed above. We believe exceptional people come from many different backgrounds, and we’d rather connect with you than miss the opportunity. FOR FULL-TIME ROLES, AURELIAN OFFERS A VARIETY OF BENEFITS, INCLUDING: * Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision & Life insurance * 401(k) * Unlimited PTO * Company-wide offsites * Equipment stipend * Relocation assistance * Daily delivered lunches (on us) * Office in Seattle * Start-up Equity
