As an Outbound Account Executive, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team driving growth and helping entrepreneurs access the tools they need to succeed. We are currently building a new, high-performing outbound sales team in Germany. As an Account Executive – Outbound SMB, you will take full ownership of the entire sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying target customers to successfully closing deals. You will work proactively in outbound sales, focusing on established small merchants (upmarket SMBs) with monthly transaction volumes above €15,000. In this role, you are not a pure product seller, but a trusted solutions consultant, engaging customers as an equal partner, understanding their needs, and positioning the right payment and POS solutions.
