Étudiant(e) Bac +3 à Bac +5 en finance, gestion, comptabilité ou école de commerce
Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) avec un fort sens du détail
À l’aise avec Excel / Google Sheets et les outils digitaux (CRM, gestion de dépenses)
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à prioriser efficacement
Fiable et discret(e) dans le traitement de données financières sensibles
Bon relationnel et bonnes compétences rédactionnelles
Proactif(ve), avec un intérêt pour l’univers digital / marketing d’influence

This position will work closely to support the specific needs of the group’s employees while working strategically on all People programs and initiatives. What You’ll Do: * Represent our global PBP team to partner on the front line with all employees and leadership * Advise, coach, and influence management on all things people-related, including: performance management, coaching, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development and scaling, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement * Consult with the appropriate Center of Excellence (COE) team to gather their expertise to design programs to enhance the employee experience. * Build, advise and consult on People policies, guidelines, and programs, in collaboration with COE colleagues * Provide analysis and consulting to leadership to drive data-driven people decisions and implementation of best practices * Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions aligned with the organization’s broader strategy * Handle complex global employee relations issues, working with leadership to implement best practices and approach Who You Are: * Experienced in 5+ years as an HRBP or in a related HR role, preferably with experience in fast-growing technology companies * Able to adapt your approach and pivot your skillset from strategic, high level program implementation to granular day-to-day needs of a fast paced business * Strong in your analytical & reporting skills; solid experience with HRIS (Workday is a bonus!) * Experienced in working across business functions with first line and senior leadership * A master in your project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving * Experienced in employee relations and knowledge of global employment practices * Someone with a clear, direct, approachable, and friendly communication style and strong customer service orientation * Strong in your interpersonal and communication skills and able to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization Datadog values people from all walks of life. We're looking for a People Operations apprentice to join Datadog's EMEA Compliance team in Paris - the team responsible for ensuring our employees across EMEA are well-supported and that our HR processes run smoothly and in compliance with local requirements. As part of this team, you'll work alongside HR professionals to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, and help maintain the operational backbone that employees and stakeholders rely on every day. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real exposure to HR compliance, immigration coordination, and employment law in an international environment. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn how a global HR function operates, this apprenticeship is for you. About the role As a People Operations apprentice, you will combine theoretical learning at your school with practical, hands-on experience supporting this team on a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. You will interact regularly with HR (People Business Partners, People Solutions, Payroll, Benefits, Center of Expertises), Legal and Recruiting teams, as well as external providers across EMEA countries. Over the course of your apprenticeship, you will progressively take on more responsibilities as you become familiar with our processes, tools, and the regulatory landscape we operate in.
