About the role
As a core member of our Sales team, you’ll connect with a wide range of prospects and spark their interest in our authentication
tech. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine - partnering with AEs and fellow BDRs to uncover opportunities, start
meaningful conversations, and fuel a steady pipeline of qualified leads, and owning the entire lifecycle for smaller deals.

Et nous n’en sommes qu’au début. Le contexte 💭 Nous cherchons plusieurs Business Development Representatives (BDR) pour nos deux différents segments : cabinets d'avocats et directions juridiques. Sur ces deux segments nous sommes organisés comme beaucoup de SaaS B2B : avec des BDR qui s'occupent de la relation commerciale avant-vente et qui portent une bonne part de la qualification et de la prospection, des AE qui s'occupent de négocier la vente, et des CSM/AM qui sont en charge de la relation commerciale post-vente. Pourquoi être BDR chez Doctrine ❓ - évoluer dans une véritable “école de vente”, profiter de nos méthodes de formation et d’accompagnement personnalisées dès le premier jour, et évoluer vers un poste d’AE/CSM en 12 à 24 mois ; - contribuer à la commercialisation du produit le plus performant du marché, avec une capacité d’innovation prouvée année après année ; - s’appuyer sur des équipes Ops et Marketing bien staffées et de haut niveau, au service de la performance des Sales au quotidien ; - bénéficier d'un package attractif au variable déplafonné.
