Vos missions : * Maintenir un espace de travail propre, rangé et nettoyer les tables et les comptoirs * Débarrasser les verres et bouteilles vides sur les tables * Réapprovisionner le bar en petit matériel (serviettes, sous-verres, etc.) * Préparer les shakers, les jus et les garnitures des cocktails * Assurer le réapprovisionnement des produits nécessaires à l’élaboration des différentes boissons à la carte * Changer les fûts de bière * Remplir les bacs à glaçons * S’assurer d’avoir les outils nécessaires au nettoyage des espace de travail pendant le service * Assister les Barmans pendant les périodes animées et heures d’affluence * Faire le réassort des boissons (alcool, softs) après chaque service Profil : * Avoir l’âge minimum pour servir de l’alcool * Démontrer un intérêt pour la restauration ; une première expérience dans un bar ou restaurant sera un plus mais n’est pas nécessaire * Être capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme soutenu * Faire preuve d’un esprit d’équipe * Connaître les éléments de base des cartes, des recettes du bar et des menus * Avoir une bonne condition physique pour porter des fûts de bière, des plateaux * Avoir une bonne une présentation en accord avec nos standards
The place… Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant. Main Duties * Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members. * Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment * Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. * Develop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service. * Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service. * Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc) * Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. * Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment. * Attending regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings. * Wiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins. * Resolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. * Take action in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members. * Assure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality. * Supporting the team with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis. * Learn the table plan and table numbers of your site.
