ROLE Voodoo is looking for a Creative Strategist to join its Creative team, which produces performance-driven ad creatives to attract new users and optimize campaign impact. You will drive the creative vision and strategic direction across our entire portfolio of games and apps—identifying trends, guiding creative decisions, and helping turn great mobile products into global hits. You’ll also be responsible for transforming strategic insights into clear, actionable creative briefs rooted in benchmarking and ideation, enabling Creative Leads and Producers to execute with clarity and impact. RESPONSIBILITIES * Define and lead the creative vision and strategy per game/app in collaboration with Creative Leads. * Generate structured, insight-driven creative briefs based on your benchmark analysis, market intelligence, and strategic ideation frameworks. * Define guidelines, priorities, and execution standards of the production on a weekly basis. * Conduct and continuously update extensive benchmarks by leveraging internal tools and third-party platforms (e.g., MarketIQ, Apptica, Data.ai) to identify high-performing creative trends early. * Analyze and deconstruct top-performing competitor creatives, providing actionable insights and storytelling patterns to inform ideation. * Benchmark across both mobile games (e.g. Match-3, Hypercasual, Hybridcasual) and apps (e.g. Blitz, Wizz, WeMoms, and future products). * Collaborate with Creative Leads, Producers, and the Data Team to ensure effective adoption of benchmarks, streamline reporting, and scale creative learnings across teams. * Audit and improve existing creative workflows and propose strategic enhancements to maximize output and creative impact. * Identify skill gaps in the creative team (e.g. motion design, 3D animation) and actively participate in sourcing and recruitment of new creative talent. ROLE As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles, acting as the Head of Marketing and strategic counterpart to the General Manager. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine (User Acquisition experts, Creative Production, internal tools) and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further. During the first 6 to 9 months, you will ramp up by building deep expertise in user acquisition, while acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist. * Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games. * Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building (not exhaustive). * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources. * Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities. PROFILE * Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole). * 2-3 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech environments). * Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. * Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing. * Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English and French.
