The Playable Ads team sits within our Growth org and turns mobile games into fully interactive ad experiences: mini-games that run
inside an ad unit and make people stop scrolling. Our work directly drives millions of downloads worldwide. We obsess over

ROLE Mobile gaming is a $100B+ market, with over 3 billion players worldwide and more revenue than console and PC combined. The marketing operations behind the biggest games, acquiring users at scale, optimizing monetization, iterating on creative, are among the most data-intensive in the industry. As a Growth Associate, you'll work directly on products with big potential to become iconic (games or consumer apps), alongside Growth experts and getting hands-on with campaigns, creative, data and real business challenges from day one. Depending on business needs and open opportunities, you'll join one of the following teams: * User Acquisition: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You'll run bid, audience, and creative tests, develop a sharp instinct for what hooks work and why, and scale what performs. UA Managers at Voodoo are hands-on across the full creative process, from ideation to iteration, not just media buying. * Playable Ads: Design and develop high-impact playable ads that drive user acquisition for our mobile games. You'll research audience preferences, conceive game concepts tailored for interactive ads, and iterate rapidly to maximize campaign performance and scale. * Monetization: Analyze how users interact with our ad stack and monetization flows. You'll run experiments on placements, formats, and user segmentation to maximize revenue while protecting retention metrics, and test new monetization solutions through our portfolio that can generate massive uplifts on our revenues. * Account Management (B2B): Work with external publishers using Voodoo's platform to grow their apps. Help them interpret their data, improve their performance, and get the most out of the tools we build for them. A Growth Associate role provides structured entry into the Growth team. We work with playable developers, coordinators, creative strategists, and AI teams to turn a game into a high-performing HTML interactive ad experience. ROLE We are looking for a Playable Ads AI Engineer to help create the next generation of playable ads. You will combine strong playable development skills with applied AI expertise to build, modify, and scale interactive ads more efficiently. * Convert existing games into playable ads using Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, or other relevant technologies * Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models capable of generating or modifying playable ads * Develop AI workflows to iterate on gameplay logic, UI, visuals, difficulty, pacing, and end cards * Collaborate with creative, growth, data, and engineering teams to improve production pipelines and scale playable creation * Benchmark the market, test new ideas, and develop a strong understanding of what makes a playable ad perform PROFILE * Strong experience in playable ads development, Unity projects, game development, or creative technology * Experience creating playable ads with Unity, Cocos Creator, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Three.js, Phaser, or similar tools * Hands-on experience with AI model training, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, AI-assisted code generation, or generative AI workflows * Good understanding of object-oriented programming, interactive ad constraints, and mobile gaming performance drivers * Creative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to bridge gameplay, technology, and AI topics * Fluent in English, both oral and written * At least 3+ years of experience in playable ads development, Unity game development, AI engineering, or a similar role * Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, MRAID, playable packaging, or ad network specifications is a plus BENEFITS Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.
