We are looking for a Head of IT & AI Ops to lead the systems, infrastructure, tooling, security, and operational practices that allow our teams to move fast without compromising reliability, confidentiality, or scientific excellence. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a ~20-person organization built around two teams, IT and AI Ops, each with a Head already in place. The IT team covers Corporate IT, Cloud & Infra Ops and Cybersecurity, while the MLOps team enables researchers and engineers to develop, deploy, monitor, and reproduce data and model-driven workflows. You will work closely with Software, Firmware, Calibration, Quantum Hardware, Data, Security, People, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams to turn operational needs into robust, scalable, and elegant systems. Your role is to create leverage for the entire company: enabling scientists to iterate faster, engineers to deploy with confidence, employees to work seamlessly, and leadership to make decisions based on reliable data and robust operations. We are looking for a Head of Finance to help scale Ankorstore as a category-defining European wholesale marketplace. As a key member of the Leadership Team (LT), you will own Ankorstore's full financial strategy and operations, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive growth, financial discipline, and long-term value creation. You will lead three specialised teams, Payment & Fraud, FP&A, and Accounting, and will act as the principal financial architect for a company operating at the intersection of marketplace dynamics and B2B commerce. This role requires someone who combines strong financial leadership with operational intensity, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
