6-months full time internship, starting in January 2027 based in Paris.
The trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective SA, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries, around the world
Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance, etc.);
Monitoring of legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activity of Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, Digital Services Act, Consumer laws, etc.);
Draft and negotiation contracts of all kinds (NDAs; Services agreements, SaaS, Commercial contracts (Partnerships, Influencers, Freelancers), Rights ‘Assignment, etc.);
Management and monitoring of Trademarks and Domain Names;
Management of different sets of Terms and Conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers);
Ensuring the follow up of pre-litigations and litigations;
Assistance with the various administrative tasks of the Legal Department.
You are a postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE) and you are currently an “EFB” or “HEDAC” student.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Fluent in English, written and spoken, imperative.
Mastery of the Pack Office and legal databases.
First experience in a company or law firm is desirable.
Ability to deliver effective work, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in an international fast-paced environment.
You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are also able to exercise discretion.

ROLE 6-month internship (mandatory internship agreement as part of your Master's degree curriculum), within the Legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal - Regulatory. You will work alongside the lawyers in charge of regulatory compliance, on concrete matters for products used by over 200 million people. RESPONSIBILITIES * Records of processing and DPIAs: help maintain compliance documentation and the records of processing activities, and support data protection impact assessments. * Substantive work: work on all various data related topics across the verticals of gaming and social media (new features, AB tests, etc.). * Regulatory monitoring: track developments in GDPR and US data protection laws (CCPA, COPPA...). * Documentation: draft and update privacy policies, notices, and internal training materials. * Data subject rights: handle requests to exercise rights (access, erasure, objection). * Regulator relations: support communications with the CNIL and the EDPB, and follow up on ongoing matters. * Digital regulation: games and platforms. ROLE As a Legal Intern in the Commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting the operational teams by addressing their legal needs. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing IP protection and infringement issues, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad. * Contributing actively to the company’s strategy to strengthen the protection of its games and apps in an evolving legal environment. * Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams. This includes publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.
