Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming
to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the
Engineering, Design and Business teams.
Design at Joko has been a founding obsession. From day one, we've believed that a B2C product lives or dies on the quality of its
experience, and we've held an unusually high bar on craft, motion, and detail across every surface of the app. As a Product
Designer, you'll join a small team with a mature design system, a strong design culture, and a product that already reaches
millions of users.
As a Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design on real product problems that ship to millions of users. You will report to
our Head of Product Design and partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Brand Design to deliver experiences that meet
Joko's craft bar across every surface — mobile, web, and extension.

They work hand in hand with product managers, researchers, and engineers to ensure we create meaningful and human experiences that improve the health of our members. As a product designer, you will: * Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment towards it. That's what the Alan Clinic is for. 120 health professionals (and one AI) work behind the scenes to answer all our member's questions, consult in video, redirect you to the nearest hospital, interpret your lab results.
