The Process Manager team is critical to our mission. We own the end to end after-sales customer experience (CX), ensuring our
agent processes are seamless, efficient, and customer centric. We work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and other Operations

Reporting to Xavier, our Senior Lead IT, you will combine a hands-on support role (as the other IT Operations Specialists in the IT Team) with the ownership of the network management. You will be involved in the new office network deployment and setup and then be responsible for running it day to day. You will be accountable for the network’s well-being: availability, performance, and security. You will also support Qonto employees by solving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, etc.), managing user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, external employees follow-up), diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices, while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality. 🤖 Agentic AI mindset: You are curious and comfortable experimenting with AI assistants and agentic workflows to automate repetitive work, improve standards, and reduce recurring incidents (with clear guardrails). 👩💻🧑💻 As an IT Operations & Network Specialist at Qonto, you will • Support and assist: You will be the first on-site contact in our main office (Paris) for network related issues and you will provide support and commit to continuous improvement. You will also be the point of contact and own relationships with our coworking providers across our international offices. • Deploy and own the main office network: You will drive the vendor for the network deployment and setup in the new Paris office (Wi‑Fi, certificate lifecycle, Radius, firewall management, routing, switching, ISP management, segmentation, …).
