VOS MISSIONS Au sein de l’organisation France, vous accompagnerez le Managing Director France, responsable du P&L France ainsi que de l’ensemble des équipes Commerciales, Relation Client, Growth, PA et Communication (environ 600 personnes).Vous serez intégré(e) à l'équipe "Executive Assistants". En tant que "Executive Assistant", votre rôle sera clé pour permettre au MD d'accélérer son impact sur le business. Vous l'aiderez à maîtriser son temps pour qu'il puisse se concentrer sur : la stratégie commerciale, le pilotage du P&L, le management de son équipe de leadership, l'exécution des priorités business et Vous serez un(e) véritable partenaire de confiance, capable d'anticiper les besoins du MD, de structurer les priorités dans un agenda dense et hautement visible et de fluidifier les interactions au sein d'une organisation complexe, multi-équipes et en constante évolution. Ce rôle est au cœur de l'organisation Doctolib France et offre une exposition directe aux sujets stratégiques et aux décisions les plus impactantes pour la France. Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à : * Piloter et optimiser la gestion de l'agenda du MD (priorisation, arbitrage, construction d'une "time matrix" efficace alignée avec les priorités business) * Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes Sales, Customer Care, Growth, Marketing et les autres fonctions clés, en assurant la fluidité des sujets et des décisions * Préparer et orchestrer les réunions clés (comités de direction, business reviews, all-hands, points stratégiques avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes de haut niveau) * Assurer le suivi des actions et des next steps issus des réunions importantes et s'assurer que rien ne reste en suspens * Anticiper les sujets critiques, résoudre les problèmes rapidement et apporter de la structure dans des situations à haute vélocité * Gérer l'ensemble des sujets administratifs du MD (notes de frais, déplacements, outils internes, validations) * Organiser et coordonner les événements d'équipe (team meetings, offsites, séminaires) pour la France leadership team * Soutenir ponctuellement les N-1 du MD sur des besoins d'organisation ou de coordination ad hoc * Contribuer à des projets transverses stratégiques en tant que PMO, sur des chantiers à fort impact pour l'organisation France LES QUALITÉS ATTENDUES POUR CE POSTE Avant de poursuivre votre lecture, si vous n'avez pas le profil exact décrit ci-dessous, mais que vous pensez que cette description de poste correspond à vos compétences et à vos aspirations, nous vous encourageons tout de même à postuler.
