Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Customer Support team, and specifically our Technical Account Management team, whom handle our premium customers. Your mission will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP clients. Your interpersonal skills and technical understanding will be the key pillars in resolving their challenges.

You will be part of a team of around 15 people. Under the guidance of your team leader, you will act as a liaison between our clients, internal teams, and engineers.
Your role will involve handling client requests while gaining knowledge about our technical environment and contributing to improving the overall efficiency of the support teams. In close collaboration with the different support teams, Technical Account Managers and other internal teams, you will participate in the development of our business relationships, by fidelising contributing to our continuous improvement approach.
This team works with on-call duty : 3x8 hours, 6 weeks cycle : 2 weeks with night work, 2 weeks with week-end work.
Onboarding : 6 weeks formation to improve on our tools, products, technical stacks, and ecosystem!

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Elite Support team to ensure a reliable support experience for our premium accounts (Business, Enterprise, Silver, Gold, and Dedibox VIP) as we scale our 24/7 service infrastructure. Your mission will be to take ownership of and resolve high-priority incidents reported by our premium clients. You will be on the front line to guarantee strict adherence to our service level commitments (SLAs and initial response times), maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT), and build long-term trust with our most strategic accounts. YOUR FUTURE TEAM You will join a close-knit, international team of 9 people. The Elite Support team operates under a 24/7 shift system to guarantee continuous reactivity for our strategic enterprise clients. Mutual aid is our golden rule; we never leave a colleague handling a critical incident alone. We look at mistakes as collective learning opportunities. When premium traffic allows, the team steps up to handle tickets picked up or escalated by Level 1 and Level 2 support teams across all cloud products, applying the same high standards of customer satisfaction (CSAT) to every user. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE (Tasks) Prioritize, investigate, and resolve critical and complex incidents raised by VIP and premium business accounts. Ensure strict compliance with response times and service level agreements (SLAs). Communicate clearly and transparently with both French and English-speaking customers, keeping them informed and reassured even under pressure. Handle issues directly for premium clients, process internal escalations coming from Level 1 and Level 2 teams, and route unresolved technical issues to Level 3 or specialized teams (Dev, Product, Infra, Billing, etc.). Follow a 24/7 rotational shift system (6am-2pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am). Provide temporary support to Level 1 and Level 2 engineering teams across the broader product catalog when premium channels allow, keeping CSAT at the heart of every interaction. Find and apply quick workarounds during critical incidents to safely restore client operations as fast as possible. Document system incidents, technical discoveries, and support processes to enrich the collective knowledge base. Actively participate in mentoring new team members and supporting internal continuous training initiatives. ABOUT YOU HARDSKILLS: Cloud Architecture Foundations: 2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying complex Cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS). Technical Ecosystem: Hands-on experience or solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, APIs, virtualization, and databases (Kubernetes, Terraform, and container technologies are highly valued). Incident Management: Strong familiarity with SLA enforcement, major incident management frameworks, and executing technical workarounds under pressure. Support Tooling Ecosystem: Experience navigating ticket platforms, monitoring tools, and collaborative setups (e.g., Jira, Deskpro, Diabolocom, Slack). Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate accurately both verbally and in writing. SOFT SKILLS: Premium Customer Care: Deep commitment to customer satisfaction (CSAT culture) for both strategic accounts and standard workflows. JOB SUMMARY As an Electronics Laboratory Technician, you will support the day-to-day operation of Graphcore’s Bristol laboratories, helping to ensure that facilities, equipment, tools and processes are ready to support engineering activity. Working as part of the Laboratory team, you will help maintain a safe, organised and reliable electronics lab environment, supporting cross-functional teams with equipment setup, preventative maintenance, asset control, ESD checks and technical documentation. THE TEAM The Laboratory team supports the installation, maintenance, repair and modification of electronic systems, cables and equipment within Graphcore’s laboratories. The team works closely with engineering groups to help set up test benches, troubleshoot routine lab issues and ensure that equipment is safe, available and operating reliably. The team also maintains technical documentation, manages tools, assets and test equipment, and contributes to efficient, high-quality laboratory operations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES · Support the installation, setup and calibration of electronic test equipment, including oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power supplies and related laboratory equipment. · Carry out preventative maintenance activities to help keep laboratory equipment available, safe and reliable. · Maintain a clean, organised and safe laboratory environment in line with health and safety requirements. · Check and maintain ESD countermeasures, escalating issues where corrective action is required. · Support asset management activities, including tracking tools, equipment and laboratory assets. · Manage goods in/out processes for laboratory equipment, components and related materials. · Support engineering teams with test bench setup, equipment configuration and technical readiness for hardware bring-up, validation and characterisation activities. · Help create and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions and technical guidance for laboratory users. · Provide practical support to laboratory users, including guidance on safe equipment use and routine lab processes. · Support engineering teams with board, cable and wire modifications, following agreed procedures and quality expectations. · Maintain accurate records for equipment, maintenance activity, assets and laboratory processes. · Identify routine laboratory issues and work with colleagues to resolve or escalate them promptly. CANDIDATE PROFILE ESSENTIAL: · Experience working in an electronics laboratory or similar technical environment. · Strong practical understanding of electronic test equipment, including setup, calibration and basic troubleshooting. · Awareness of ESD controls and safe working practices in an electronics lab environment. · Ability to follow technical procedures accurately and maintain clear records. · Practical experience supporting equipment maintenance, lab organisation or asset tracking. · Good attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety and reliability. · Clear communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and operations teams. · A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and supporting laboratory users.
