Enable Teams to Build Securely at Scale
Are you passionate about cloud automation, infrastructure as code, and enabling teams to move fast without compromising
governance? We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our Azure platform team. Your mission is to make Azure
easy, secure, and predictable to consume - through standardized landing zones, reusable modules, and self-service automation.
Your Mission
You’ll design and evolve Azure landing zones, subscription architectures, and governance models that enforce security and
compliance by default. By building reusable Terraform modules and CI/CD-driven automation, you’ll empower product teams to
provision and manage Azure resources independently - within clear guardrails. You’ll work as part of an enabling platform team,
collaborating closely with network security and virtualization DevOps functions.
You’ll ensure Azure platforms align with ISO 27001–style control frameworks, translating security and compliance requirements into
policy-as-code, RBAC baselines, and automated guardrails. Instead of manual reviews or exception handling, compliance is embedded
directly into landing zones and infrastructure modules - making secure deployments the default experience.

Help Modernize Our Azure Footprint and Enable Teams to Work Smarter Are you passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and helping teams move from manual processes to modern cloudnative practices? We’re looking for a Infrastructure Specialist to join our Azure platform team. In this role, you’ll help convert legacy infrastructure into automated, standardized offerings—and you’ll spend focused periods embedded inside product teams, helping them adopt Terraform, CI/CD automation, and platform guardrails. If you enjoy learning, collaborating, and solving real technical problems that remove friction for engineering teams, this role is for you. Your Mission You’ll work alongside Azure engineers to modernize older Azure environments, migrate manual setups to Terraform, and help product teams adopt platform standards. By embedding into teams, you’ll accelerate their transition away from adhoc infrastructure, guiding them toward automated, secure, and repeatable patterns. Your work will make our Azure landscape cleaner, more governed, and easier for teams to build on. What You’ll Do * Support the modernization of legacy Azure resources into automated, Terraformbased implementations. * Work directly inside product teams for short periods, helping them adopt modules, pipelines, and landing zone standards. * Assist in cleaning up old infrastructure: tagging, RBAC, policy alignment, subscription hygiene, and drift reduction. * Contribute to Terraform modules, documentation, and examples under guidance from senior engineers. * Help implement and troubleshoot CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions. * Participate in creating automated guardrails that keep environments consistent and compliant. * Collaborate with network security, virtualization, and AVD specialists when product teams need integrated platform capabilities. What You Bring * Foundational understanding of Azure services and cloud concepts. * Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools. * Experience with structuring work in Jira / Confluence or equivalent tools. * Interest in CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions experience is a plus). * Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or .NET. * Curiosity about cloud governance, landing zones, and platform engineering practices. * A desire to learn while owning smaller modernization tasks independently. * Enjoy collaborating with product teams and making their lives easier. Why This Role Matters This role is ideal for someone early in their cloud/platform career who wants: * Hands on experience with real Azure modernization work * Exposure to platform engineering patterns * The opportunity to embed into product teams and understand their challenges * To help create a secure, governed, and automated Azure environment used across the entire company Please note that this role is based in Valencia or Gothenburg. Shape the Platform, Enable Domains, Build for Scale We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Group Analytics enabling team. This is a key role in establishing and evolving our global data platform, with Microsoft Fabric and the Azure ecosystem as the primary technology direction. You will combine hands-on data engineering with architectural responsibility, helping us build scalable, governed, and automated data platform capabilities. The role is central to our ambition to move from fragmented and manually maintained legacy solutions toward a modern, domain-oriented data platform that enables trusted analytics, self-service, and future AI/ML use cases. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building for scale, setting technical direction, and enabling others through strong engineering standards, reusable patterns, and practical guidance. Location: Gothenburg, Sweden or Valencia, Spain Your Mission As a Senior Data Engineer, you will help design, build, and mature our global data platform. You will work with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse and medallion architecture, reusable data pipelines, analytical data models, and modern engineering practices. You will play an important role in enabling a federated, data mesh-inspired operating model, where domain teams can own and evolve their data products within clear technical and governance guardrails. Depending on your profile, you may also take architectural responsibility for selected platform capabilities, patterns, and technical decisions. Experience from other modern lakehouse platforms, such as Databricks, Spark, or PySpark, is highly relevant where it strengthens your ability to design scalable and automated data solutions. What You’ll Do * Help design, build, and evolve our Microsoft Fabric-based global data platform, including scalable pipelines, lakehouse patterns, and analytical data models. * Develop reusable engineering standards, templates, and governed data objects that enable domain teams to build and manage data products. * Apply modern engineering practices such as Git, CI/CD, monitoring, documentation, testing, and infrastructure-as-code principles such as Terraform. * Embed security, access control, GDPR/PII handling, lineage, and metadata requirements into platform delivery. * Work closely with enterprise architects, data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, business stakeholders, and domain teams. * Mentor colleagues and support the modernization and deprecation of legacy BI/DW solutions.
