Ulstein Design & Solutions AS strengthens its engineering team and seeks engaged engineers. Do you want to contribute to developing sustainable vessels? The engineering team contributes during the ship design cycle, engineering Ulstein designs for building, as well as taking on consulting work during the sailing period. As an engineer you contribute to cross-disciplinary development of ships systems. We are looking for someone who has experience from the maritime industry, and background from marine machinery systems. l 收到客服交接的订舱托单和进仓通知,根据客户要求的船期安排货物并做好审单。 Receive the bookings and booking confirmations from CS- Customer Service colleagues, review the bookings and arrange the goods according to the shipping date required by customers. l 特殊尺寸或者特殊品名的货物,需要跟客户/客服落实详细的货物情况,及时和中转港/目的港确认, 并反馈给客户/客服。 For the special size or special cargo, need to confirm the detailed information of the cargo with the customers/CS, timely confirm with the transit port/destination port, and give feedback to the customers/CS. l 负责到货情况的跟踪,包括未到货的,负责货物破损,水湿,大件等异常情况的跟进,如可能产生费用,及时联系客户确认费用。 Be responsible for tracking the arrival of cargo, include those have not arrived, damaged cargo, wet cargo, awkward cargo and other abnormal situations. If there is any extra expenses, contact customers to confirm it in time. l 根据运价,船期和目的港代理的选择和各主管协商确认船公司, 按计划提前与订舱代理订舱,预留整柜舱位。 Negotiate with each supervisor to confirm the shipping company according to the freight rate, shipping date and destination agent usage, book the space with booking agent in advance as planned, and reserve the full container spaces. l 根据订舱的情况/客户对装箱的要求以及代理的要求,合理的配载,修改确定箱型,发送装箱配载给场站,外调箱等情况需提前通知场站安排调箱。 According to the booking situation/customer's loading requirements and agent's requirements, rationally stow, modify and confirm the container type, send the loading list to the CFS for reference, and notify the CFS in advance to arrange container transfer. l 待柜子货物刷卡率达到100%以上通知场站发送运抵,并跟进货柜装载放行情况,直到柜子进港上船。 When the Customs pre-submitting rate of the container reached 100%, notify the CFS to send the Cargo arriving reports to the Customs, and follow up with the Container Loading and Customs releasing status of the container and make sure the container to be gated into the terminal and load on board properly. l 负责监督AMS/ACI/EMANIFEST的录入情况,开船前监督操作助理检查柜子匹配情况,确认柜子可以顺利上船。 Be responsible for supervising the filings of AMS/ACI/EMANIFEST, supervise the OP Assistants to check the final results of the containers, to make sure the containers could be loaded on board properly. l 开船后,发送pre-alert文件,包括主单分单,PNL, 账单等文件给国外代理,特殊收费需要指示清楚。 After vessel’s departure, send pre-alert documents, including MB/L, HB/L, PNL, Invoices and other documents to the overseas agents, special charges need to be clearly indicated. l 目的港反馈的邮件,需要及时与国外代理保持沟通,如单票货物需要客户配合,联系客户及时处理。 Keep close and timely communication with overseas agent, assist to contact customers in time for further requirements if necessary. l 船开后及时在PHOENIX里上传主单,装箱清单等文件,应及时做系统费用以及登记上传COST FORM以便PRC 录入成本,将账单存档在SHAREPIONT 文件夹中。 Upload the MBL, loading list and other documents in PHOENIX immediately after the vessel’s departure. Issues invoices to customers, submit the Cost Form for PRC’s inputting. Save the vendors invoice in Sharepoint folders. l 关注负责各个港的货量变动情况并及时反馈给上级。 Pay attention on the volume fluctuation of each port and feedback to superior. l 维护和同行之间的关系,进行沟通调货。 Maintain the relationship with other LCL consolidators, communicate and swap cargo. l 了解各港口开箱成本以及协议条件,核算价格(高低标,同行直客),轻重货比例以及目的港收费标准。 Get familiar with the cost, detailed conditions of the Rebate Agreements of each lane and container; calculate the PNL of each container based on different cargo components (high and low PLC standard cargo, direct or forwarder customers, etc.), calculate the PLC base on different proportion of light and heavy cargo. l 及时更新teams共享船期表。 Check and update the sailing schedules in time. l 注重团队协作,与销售以及客服保持密切沟通配合。 Pay attention to teamwork, keep close communication with Sales and CS colleagues. l 遵守公司的规章制度,完成上级和公司交办的其他工作 Comply with the rules of the company. Complete other tasks assigned by managements and the company.
