The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. Today it's absorbing intermittent supply from grid scale solar and wind,
alongside dynamic demand from EVs, heat pumps, and home batteries. The missing piece is software that can connect and orchestrate
these devices at scale.
Enode provides the infrastructure layer that makes this possible. Our Connect API gives energy companies a single integration to
1000+ devices across 80+ brands. Our optimisation tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices
locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for
energy companies.
We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers.
Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y
Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum.
The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and
care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition.
Enode's infrastructure sits inside some of the most ambitious consumer energy products in Europe. The customer platform is how our
customers and OEM partners manage, monitor and scale their integrations with us. Right now it's operational tooling. This role
exists to turn it into a strategic layer that makes Enode indispensable.
You will define what the customer platform becomes: a proactive intelligence layer that helps our customers connect, optimise and
scale their asset pools, and helps OEM partners understand how their hardware performs in real flexibility use cases.
We serve three sides of an ecosystem: the energy companies that integrate us, the consumers whose chargers, batteries and
inverters run through Enode, and the OEMs who manufacture those assets. The platform needs to work for all three. You will hold
that vision from first principles through to commercial outcome.

The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We’re hiring for a client delivery lead to own and deliver complex, enterprise grade implementations end to end - from post sales handover through to to successful go live and long term rollout. This role exists because our enterprise deals are large, multi year, and highly complex - involving multiple stakeholders, parallel work streams, and deep integration with customer systems. The companies you'll be working with are some of the largest energy providers in the world. The projects you deliver will shape how a fully renewable, electrified energy system actually functions - touching millions of households in the process. You will be the person ensuring these projects actually land - driving execution, aligning product and commercial teams, and building strong relationships with customers to deliver outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to: * Be at the forefront of the energy transition - owning mission critical, multi year enterprise deliveries that have real consequences * Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial, in deal with with significant complexity * Build deep expertise in one of the most important emerging categories in energy (consumer flexibility) You’ll be working as a member of our strategic accounts team, in addition to working alongside product, engineering, and commercial teams. In this role, you will: * Own end to end delivery of Consumer Flex implementations for enterprise customers * Lead complex integration projects across multiple systems and stakeholders * Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout implementation * Drive project planning, timelines, and execution across parallel work streams * Identify and resolve blockers proactively to keep projects moving * Travel frequently and work on site with customers to ensure successful delivery * Ensure successful go live and support initial rollout phases post-implementation THIS ROLE WILL BE RIGHT FOR YOU, IF: You are a hands on delivery focussed operator who thrives in complex, high stakes environments where execution matters more than strategy. You’ve spent time in roles where you’ve been responsible for actually getting software implementations live - not just designing them. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and keeping large, moving pieces aligned. You’re structured, detail oriented, and proactive - but also know how to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders. You enjoy being close to customers, this role will involve frequent travel and time spent working onsite with customers directly. You will have: * 3+ years experience delivering software implementations in enterprise environments * Proven track record of owning complex, multi stakeholder projects end to end * Strong project management and execution skills (planning, coordination, delivery) * Experience working with technical integrations and engineering teams * Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills * Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains * Highly structured, organised, and proactive in driving progress Nice to haves: * Experience in energy, climate tech, or adjacent industries such as fintech or other complex integration heavy environments (e.g. core banking platforms) * Experience from product led or engineering led organisations * Experience working in fast scaling startups WHAT WE OFFER: * Opportunity to join and impact an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirations as we scale. * A mission-driven, fun and caring environment with high drive and ambition. * Competitive compensation, including a very attractive employee option program - you’re part of our journey. * Access to best in class AI tooling, we think the ceiling on what a small team can do has fundamentally shifted, and we want you to feel that. * Remote-first in Europe, with the option of attending an office in Oslo or receiving a co-working pass on demand. * Three annual off-sites to connect with the team in exciting & fun places. * Flexible, human-first culture. * Stipend for setting up your home office. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A FEW THINGS TO NOTE: * Enode is an equal opportunities employer. Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. What we're looking for: We're hiring a Senior Data Engineer (with an interest in working with data science) to own and evolve Enode's data platform while partnering on our Flex product's forecasting and analytics needs. You'll help us scale from "it works" to "it works reliably as we grow", ensuring the right data is available, trustworthy, and usable across Flex delivery, billing, customer insights, and leadership reporting. You'll be working to drive Flex delivery and the next iteration of Enode's data platform. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers in our product teams, but also commercial teams and leadership to facilitate access to data and insights. You'll have outsized impact: this is lean team, so your decisions and execution will shape how data work gets done across the company. In this role, you will: * Deliver Flex-critical data needs: build and maintain reliable pipelines and datasets that enable Flex models (e.g., demand/availability signals, aggregations, monitoring). * Evolve the data platform: assess what we have today and drive pragmatic improvements in architecture, tooling, and operating practices—setting the direction for how the platform matures. * Own data quality and trust: implement testing, lineage/definitions, and guardrails (e.g., dbt tests, anomaly detection, freshness checks) so stakeholders can trust outputs. * Enable self-serve analytics: produce well modelled datasets and documentation that make it easy for others to answer questions without bespoke work. * Partner on data science work: collaborate on data readiness for modelling, feature pipelines, evaluation workflows, and productionisation concerns (even if you're not the primary model builder). * Make high-leverage tech choices: propose and justify changes (or non-changes) to tools and processes, bringing the experience to know when to build, when to buy, and when to leave well alone. This role will be right for you, if: You're a senior data engineer who likes shipping product outcomes, or a data scientist with strong engineering instincts who gets satisfaction from making pipelines stable, data trustworthy, and platforms scalable. You enjoy working close to real problems, messy upstream inputs, ambiguous requirements, and high-stakes delivery. You can zoom in (fix a broken pipeline, optimize a model feature dataset) and zoom out (define what the platform should look like in 6–12 months). You're comfortable leading the data function in a small team: you bring structure, set priorities, and drive execution without needing heavy process. You've done this before, you know what good looks like, and you're energised by the autonomy to build it. You're also excited about AI as a tool—whether that's using it to speed up development, improve data quality workflows, or explore new ways of building and maintaining data products. Must-haves: * Strong data engineering background: you've built or evolved data pipelines/platforms in production, ideally across multiple stages of a startup or scale-up. * Pragmatic platform mindset: you can "improve the plane while flying" - make incremental improvements, manage trade-offs, and prioritise delivery over long platform rewrites. * Ownership & proactivity: you identify what matters, push work forward, and operate effectively with high autonomy and limited oversight. * Solid SQL + data modelling skills: comfortable designing datasets that are accurate, maintainable, and useful for analytics/modelling. * Reliability instincts: you care about monitoring, data quality, testing, and operational excellence * Clear communication: you can collaborate with engineers, product, and business stakeholders, and translate needs into concrete data work. Nice to have: * Familiarity with parts of the modern data stack: dbt, data warehousing ELT tools (Snowflake, Airbyte), and BI tools. * Experience supporting forecasting & time-series use cases (or high-volume event data). * Interest in (or exposure to) energy markets / flexibility / trading. * Experience designing data access, governance, and cost-aware warehouse usage in a growing org. * Strong interest in AI, with evidence of experimenting (LLM-assisted workflows, automation, evaluation, etc.). WHAT WE OFFER: * Opportunity to join and impact an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirations as we scale. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to work closely with the manufacturers (OEMs) whose devices are optimised by Enode. OEM partners are a vital part of Enode’s platform, and how we work with them determines how fast we scale as a company. Enode is partnering with leading automotive, EV charger and solar & storage companies, e.g. VW Group, Zaptec and Solis. You'll sign new partners, succeed with existing ones, improve our product, and shape the playbook we use to do it. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and problem solving. You’ll be working directly with Henrik, Enode’s Head of Partnerships, and work closely with our CEO and leaders across GTM and Product. Partnerships is a small senior team of four people, and you will directly shape how we operate. In this role, you will: * Source, negotiate, and close new OEM partnerships end-to-end, from first conversation to signed agreement * Grow and retain existing OEM partners, making sure they see real value from working with Enode * Identify and sell new products to OEMs, opening up new revenue streams * Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI * Represent Enode at industry events, conferences, and on panels * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to deliver on partner commitments and improve our platform THIS ROLE WILL BE RIGHT FOR YOU, IF: To thrive at Enode, you believe the energy transition is the defining infrastructure problem of the next decade. And you want to be the person who unblocks it commercially and technically, not the person who reads about it. You’re motivated by the opportunity of using millions of residential energy devices to stabilise the grid. To succeed as Partnership Manager you are a person who easily builds trust and relationships with a range of stakeholders, from technical product managers to senior business leaders in large, multi-national companies like VW and BMW Group. You should be excited about the opportunity to identify and understand their needs, help the partner and Enode to realise value and high quality integrations. The role will be right if: * You have drive, ambition and passion to build a globally important climate tech business * You are a natural relationship builder and can work with broad range of stakeholders * You are an excellent problem solver and strategic thinker, with the ability to manage complex projects * You have strong negotiation and diplomatic skills * You are comfortable navigating technical, commercial, and legal conversations with a range of stakeholders * You are well-organised and independent * You have at least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy. We are also open to backgrounds from other high-performing environments (e.g. top-tier consulting) * You are ready to get your hands dirty, ideally with startup or scale-up experience * You have excellent communication skills, written and oral (English) * You are based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone +-3 hours Nice-to-haves * You have closed and grown multi-year strategic partnerships with enterprise counterparts * You have experience with (or high interest in) renewable energy, electric vehicles, smart energy hardware and/or demand response * You actively use AI to improve the efficiency and quality of your work * You are familiar with API-based, B2B software WHAT WE OFFER: * Opportunity to join and impact an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirations as we scale.
