As an Accounting Manager, GL Operations & Intercompany, you'll join the Controllership team to support Global GL Operations end-to-end month-end close processes and directly oversee Coinbase's global intercompany framework and general ledger functions. The GL Operations team ensures the integrity of our global consolidation, the accuracy of our general ledger, and the scalability of our financial infrastructure. About the Role The Head of Finance reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the finance function for a global business generating over $50M in revenue, with a growth trajectory toward $100M over the next 3–5 years. The finance function must scale with that trajectory, built to investor-grade standard and ahead of the curve the business is on. The role is accountable for financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, controls, and investor-facing outputs across a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment. The role serves as the senior financial advisor to the CEO and COO on forecasting, liquidity, capital structure, financing strategy, investment decisions, and growth planning. Behavox has a mature M&A strategy in place as one of several growth levers, and the Head of Finance is expected to bring strong hands-on financial modelling capability to acquisition evaluation, financing analysis, scenario planning, and post-transaction financial integration planning. Overview The Treasury and FP&A Manager is a hybrid that owns the company’s day-to-day treasury operations and supporting strategic finance and FP&A initiatives. On the treasury side, this person will manage the daily cash position, payment processing, cash reporting and forecasting, and serve as a key point of contact for our lenders and banking partners. On the FP&A and strategic finance side, this role will support covenant compliance, capital planning, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analyses that inform key business decisions.
