Purpose of Position The Early Life Team is part of the Customer Activation function within the Platform Services department at Awin. The team is responsible for ensuring clients reach optimal performance as quickly as possible following onboarding, through the first 6 months of their program. This phase is critical to long-term success for both the client and Awin: a strong launch and well-managed early program development lay the foundation for sustained performance and growth. The Early Life Team oversees the performance of Essentials and VIP Platform Services clients, with responsibility for growing their Gross Profit through close monitoring of key metrics, including adoption of product feed usage, commission groups (more than 2), and active sales partners. As an Account Consultant in a global team, you will deliver launch calls and ongoing performance monitoring for clients, gaining exciting insight into the growing world of Affiliate Marketing while laying the foundations for further expertise in this sector.
