strategic role at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing. You will define how we position our solutions, craft

We are hiring a Senior Product Policy Manager with expertise in regional compliance and localized policy contextualization for LATAM. You will join a growing team that works across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Oceania, India and Asia-Pacific, and is responsible for aligning Roblox's product with global and regional norms by adapting our policies to evolving international and regional regulations and expectations. A member of the Product Policy team, you will have a global impact on our policy and safety strategy. You will collaborate internally with our product, engineering, business, legal, public policy, marketing, communications, and operations teams to help drive the business forward on a foundation of safety & civility. You will: * Collaborate with our Legal and Public Policy teams to articulate Roblox's Safety vision, policies and standards to LATAM regulators * Adapt Roblox’s global policies to regional markets and work with our Moderation Operations team to ensure they are effectively enforced * Analyze the landscape across industry and regulatory activity to proactively anticipate and address risks to Roblox and our users * Work directly with our product and operations teams to guide the development and use of enforcement systems and safety tools for compliance with Roblox policies and local laws * Work closely with the Product Policy Manager for Global Age Ratings to ensure compliant game ratings across various regions You have: * 6+ years of experience in online Trust & Safety and/or Product Policy * Background in content policy development for global platforms, with a focus on regional policy * Strong written and verbal communication skills; Able to distill complex issues into their core components, analyze possible solutions, and propose viable policy paths forward * Strong product / technical understanding as a foundation for creative problem solving * Experience working directly with senior company leaders and presenting to executives * Fluent language skills in English and Portuguese (Required) * Experience working with the video game rating authority Classificação Indicativa (ClassInd) and/or the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC) * Experience working on matters of international policy with global regulators and articulating complex policy issues (Preferred) * JD / Master’s degree or equivalent experience Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted). Desired Experience: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 3+ years of experience working as a Technical Account Manager or as a Campaign Manager, ideally in digital advertising. * You have excellent technical aptitude and acumen. You can quickly learn the ins and outs of our DSP to optimize and improve monthly client performance. * Hands-on experience with The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Xandr, Amazon DSP or other demand-side platforms (DSPs). * You have familiarity with product feeds and can quickly and accurately interpret data in Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools. * Experience working with Google Analytics. You understand how to configure and interpret data in the platform at a high level. * Ideally you understand how to read code. Knowing HTML, Javascript or Python would be a plus. * You excel at learning new products quickly and often have an intuitive knowledge about how features work. * Excellent verbal and written communication and a proven track record of working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to communicate complicated concepts to non-technical audiences. * Familiarity of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging & bidding.
