For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. Adyen is looking for a Product Manager to help scale our acquiring and payments capabilities across LATAM. In this role, you will focus on building and improving core acquiring services, enabling merchants to process payments reliably, efficiently, and at scale across LATAM region. As a Product Manager, you will have ownership over a defined product area and work hands-on to deliver impactful solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, and operational teams to solve real merchant problems and improve our payments infrastructure in LATAM. Product Managers at Adyen are responsible for delivering core payment product features to our merchants. You will work closely with global and local teams, including Engineering, Partnerships, Implementation Management, In-Person and Online Payments, Compliance & Regulatory, and Commercial teams, to bring products from idea to market. What you'll do: * Shape the strategy: Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for your area, ensuring alignment with Adyen’s global and local priorities. * Own end-to-end product development: Identify high-impact problems, define solutions, and drive them from idea to launch — and beyond. * Drive discovery through collaboration: Work closely with merchants, engineers, and partners to deeply understand problems and validate solutions. * Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with commercial, development, legal, and operational teams to deliver products efficiently and with high quality. * Leverage data to inform decisions: Use data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and guide prioritization. * Drive product adoption and impact: Work with commercial and partner teams to ensure your product delivers real value to merchants and scales effectively. * Represent your product internally: Be the go-to person for your product area, bringing clarity and alignment across teams. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for VTEX CX Platform. This is a hands-on, strategic role at the intersection of product, growth, and marketing. You will define how we position our solutions, craft messaging that resonates with buyers, drive adoption across the existing VTEX customer base, and contribute to new customer acquisition. This is not a support role. We need someone who takes ownership, drives initiatives independently, and can translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives. You will work closely with product managers, sales, and growth teams, so strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence without authority are essential. KEY RESPONSABILITIES * Own positioning and messaging. Build and maintain the positioning source of truth for CX Platform. Develop differentiated messaging for each solution tailored to target personas, markets, and industries. * Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches. Own end-to-end GTM planning, from aligning phased roadmaps with product teams to executing launches and enabling regional marketing, sales, and growth teams globally. * Define the ICP and drive market intelligence. Establish and refine the Ideal Customer Profile. Conduct ongoing competitive and market analysis to sharpen product differentiation and use data to inform strategic decisions. * Drive adoption and acquisition. Develop programs that move prospects through the funnel and accelerate adoption among existing VTEX merchants. Manage key stakeholders ensuring they are equipped to position CX Platform effectively. * Create sales collateral and enablement materials. Produce the content Growth and Sales need: playbooks, pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, product videos, and website copy that clearly articulate the value of CX Platform and help move deals forward. WHO YOU ARE * You must be located in São Paulo. * 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with experience in mid to enterprise-level B2B SaaS as a plus. * Proven track record and hands-on experience leading and coordinating initiatives across product and sales & marketing organizations. * Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning and messaging from scratch, not just execute on existing frameworks. * Strong structured thinking: able to take ambiguous problems, define a clear approach, and deliver without constant direction. * Excellent written communication in English and Portuguese; ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives. * Comfortable with data: able to interpret metrics, draw conclusions, and use evidence to support positioning decisions. * Digital commerce experience preferred, familiarity with conversational commerce or customer engagement platforms is a plus. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ABOUT VTEX VTEX is a global commerce platform that helps brands and retailers grow. Our CX Platform combines customer service and conversational commerce, enabling merchants to connect with customers throughout their buying journey via AI agents. ABOUT THE TEAM You will join the Global Product Marketing team at VTEX, a high-performance group responsible for positioning our platform, enabling Sales and Partners, and driving category leadership across regions. We operate closely with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership, translating innovation into clear commercial narratives that drive growth. BENEFITS * Health, dental, and life insurance with national coverage provided by VTEX; * Language development incentive program (English, Spanish, Portuguese); * Flexible meal allowance; * Extended parental leaves; * Flexible work schedule and remote-first culture; * Financial assistance to build your work-from-home setup; * Wellness program;
