It makes a difference! Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Ad Sales Specialist to lead the growth of BEES Ads and Integrated Marketing Solutions in Brazil. This role will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with CPG partners, identifying advertising opportunities, and driving revenue through retail media, sponsored advertising, and omnichannel marketing programs. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen, digital advertising sales expertise, and experience working with CPG brands and agencies. They will act as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them leverage BEES' unique retailer audience, first-party commerce data, and marketing capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth * Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for BEES Ads and Integrated Marketing campaigns. * Develop strategic account plans for existing and prospective CPG partners. * Identify, prospect, and close new advertising opportunities across the BEES ecosystem for non-endemic partners (those who do not sell on BEES). * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately. Client Relationship Management * Establish trusted relationships with marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing, eCommerce, and media leaders at CPG organizations and within agencies. * Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective media and marketing solutions. * Conduct executive-level presentations, business reviews, and campaign planning sessions. Solution Selling * Sell the full portfolio of BEES advertising products, including sponsored placements, display advertising, retail media solutions, promotional campaigns, and integrated marketing programs. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that deliver measurable ROI for partners. Campaign Development & Execution * Partner with Key Account Managers, Ad Operations, Product, and Insights teams to ensure successful campaign execution. * Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations. * Present post-campaign insights and business impact reports to clients. Market Intelligence * Stay current on retail media, digital advertising, shopper marketing, and CPG industry trends. * Gather competitive intelligence and identify emerging opportunities within the Brazilian market. * Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to support the evolution of BEES Ads offerings. Qualifications Required * Relevant experience in digital advertising sales, retail media, media sales, shopper marketing, or related commercial roles. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. * Experience selling to CPG brands, manufacturers, or advertising agencies. * Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise-level client relationships. * Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, bonus Spanish. * Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Preferred * Experience in retail media networks, eCommerce advertising, marketplace advertising, or commerce media. * Existing relationships with major CPG companies and media agencies operating in Brazil. * Knowledge of trade marketing, category management, and consumer insights. * Familiarity with digital media measurement, attribution, and campaign analytics. * Experience working in a fast-growing technology, marketplace, or digital commerce environment.
