You will train on DAYS (12 hour shifts, which includes 8 hours OT) for 4 days a week for 4-8 weeks.
This is a NIGHT shift position (2-2-3 schedule).
The primary role of the Maintenance Mechanic is to provide competent & effective Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance support to
the Plant and Facility operations in a safe manner. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, adjusting and
repairing of plant machinery to meet industry standards while ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, including but not
limited to USDA, OSHA, FDA, EPA and Local Government. The position will require a flexible schedule focusing on preventive

Maintenance of calibration and logs of all laboratory instruments. Preparation of laboratory equipment and solutions. Direct communication with operators and production personnel. General analysis and sampling of production samples. Collection of retention samples on shiftily basis. The Supplier Quality Assurance Technician will complete regular assessment activities for verification of adherence to raw material and packaging quality standards.
