Figma's Product Legal team is growing! We are seeking a proactive, business-minded Senior Product Counsel to join our team. In
this role, you will act as a primary legal partner for our Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams, helping them navigate
novel, complex legal questions as our product releases accelerate. We are looking for a strategic thinker with an ownership
mentality who can help us build a practical, forward-looking approach to risk management. You'll report to the Director, Product
Legal, and play a pivotal role in shaping how we scale legal guidance across the organization.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications
objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of
role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of

Role Summary: The Director of Regulatory Compliance is a key strategic member of Pinterest’s Legal & Compliance team leading and strengthening our enterprise regulatory compliance program.
