In this role, you'd be joining a team that operates at the intersection of consumer experience, payments infrastructure, and
financial products. Link spans multiple interconnected workstreams, including payment methods, money movement, fraud and
authorization, consumer accounts and identity, and consumer preference, and a TPM here plays a critical role in keeping those
threads aligned and moving forward at velocity. Additionally, you’ll work to build integrations between Link and many other parts
of Stripe.
Effective Technical Program Managers at Stripe always bias towards driving the right solutions for internal and external users,
and delivering impact above all else. You'll do this even when it's not the easiest path, and requires difficult trade-off
decisions. In this role, you'll help Link scale its consumer network and expand into new product surfaces by driving complex,
cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, fraud, identity, and business teams. You'll look ahead and around
corners to enable our teams to operate at their best, and identify opportunities to eliminate the unnecessary in delivering

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager II to join Datadog’s Technical Solutions organization. This organization is made up of 1,200+ customer-facing technical experts around the world — including Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Support Engineers, and Solution Architects — who work with prospects and customers throughout their journey with Datadog to deliver outstanding experiences and drive growth through product adoption. As a Technical Program Manager II, you will lead and support a variety of technical programs that help these customer-facing teams work more effectively. Depending on the needs of the organization, this could include programs related to internal tooling, process improvement, knowledge and content systems, or other cross-functional initiatives. WHO YOU ARE * Program Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment, ideally including cross-team or cross-functional initiatives. Experience supporting customer-facing or technical support functions is a plus. * Execution-Oriented: Comfortable driving moderately complex, cross-team initiatives independently, with the judgment to seek guidance on larger or more ambiguous efforts. Solid foundation in project scoping, timeline management, and risk management; PMP, Agile training, or equivalent certification preferred. * Data-Informed: Tracks progress against established metrics and uses data to guide decisions, report status, and identify risks early. * Clear Communicator: Able to convey project status and ideas concisely to a range of audiences, from peers to senior stakeholders, adapting the level of detail as needed. * Collaborative: Builds trust through consistent delivery; works constructively across teams to resolve differing viewpoints and unblock progress. * Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to identify unclear requirements, ask the right questions, and bring structure to partially-defined problems. * AI Fluency: Uses AI tools confidently in day-to-day program work and can evaluate where AI can be responsibly and effectively applied to improve program processes. * Growth-Oriented: Developing skill in giving constructive, empathetic feedback; may support the onboarding or mentorship of newer team members. * Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
