At Twitch, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) partners with key stakeholders across the business to guide financial decisions
and deliver actionable insights that shape the company’s growth. We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team, reporting to
the Director of Corp FP&A. In this role, you will play a key role, driving visibility into Twitch’s technology infrastructure
through AWS, financial performance, support strategic initiatives, and develop data-driven recommendations that influence key
business outcomes.
You will work closely with cross-functional partners that support Twitch’s technology infrastructure, including Video, Platform &
Service, and Community Products. You will design and enhance forecasting models, reporting, and streamline processes by leveraging
automation and internal AI tools to enable more effective decision-making.

We want to add an enthusiastic US and international tax manager to help support tax planning for Twitch's unique digital entertainment business. You will report to the Senior Director, Head of Tax for Twitch who is based in Seattle, Washington. You will also closely collaborate with other members of our Twitch Tax team including individuals from both our tax planning and tax ops/compliance functions to address tax planning and related compliance efforts as Twitch continues to innovate and expand its business and respond to the ever-chaning landscape of US and international tax laws. Our team works closely with our business, legal and finance cross-functional partners from both Twitch and Amazon, including advising on important Twitch projects, products, and initiatives, and also coordinating key tax positions and analysis across the broader suite of Amazon's digital businesses. YOU WILL: * Analyze and document U.S. and non-U.S. direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance impacts of Twitch projects, programs, products, and other initiatives. * Manage outside counsel and external tax advisors on advisory requests and documentation pertaining to direct tax, indirect tax, and tax reporting and compliance issues. * Educate our business clients/partners, Twitch Tax team members, and other cross-functional stakeholders ranging from junior to executive level regarding various tax issues and our technical analysis and recommendations. * Socialize final tax requirements with different Twitch internal teams, such as Legal, Accounting, Marketing, Commerce, etc. YOU HAVE: * CPA or JD (LLM, Master of Tax, or relevant tax practice experience) * 3+ years experience in a Big 4, law firm, and/or equivalent in-house environment supporting multinational digital enterprises on tax planning. * Recent experience providing practical business facing guidance regarding U.S. and/or non-U.S. tax issues pertaining to international digital businesses and digital products. * Familiarity with direct and indirect tax concepts (e.g., US income tax, US withholding tax, and US tax reporting, treaty PEs and other pertinent concepts, transfer pricing, US SALT, and non-US VATs, DSTs, and non-US reporting- e.g., DAC 7). Our goal is to close our books in accordance with U.S. GAAP & internal accounting policy and meet our contractually obligated payout and reporting requirements. We support a diverse set of business stakeholders including content acquisition, music licensing, influencer marketing, and event production. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Accountant eager to help us re-imagine how Content Accounting operates with the growing capabilities of AI. Your core work will have you involved at every step of the process from contract ideation through to final payout—providing support for negotiation, drafting technical accounting memos, preparing cost and payout calculations, executing month-end close activities, facilitating payment runs, and delivering reporting. A successful candidate uses GenAI tools both reflexively and responsibly to enhance the group's daily productivity. You are passionate about accounting, thrive in the details, have an understanding of how data flows through systems, and have demonstrated the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete steps. You will play a key role in standardizing data and modifying processes, both inside and outside our team, to enable the introduction of GenAI to drive value.
