The role
Coupang Growth & Marketing team is seeking a Director and Head of CRM Analytics and Science
to lead high-impact, data-driven initiatives that power our customer engagement and marketing ecosystem.
Your mission will be to scale and optimize how we interact with millions of customers. You will oversee data science strategy and

Team Description: Rocket Growth business enables small and medium suppliers to offer Rocket Delivery (Dawn and Next Day Delivery) to millions of Coupang customers by allowing the suppliers the use of Coupang’s Fulfillment and Delivery Network. With thousands of new suppliers signing up for Rocket Growth each quarter, it is one of the fastest growing businesses at Coupang. As we get ready to scale this business multi-fold over the next few years, we are looking for a few smart, and driven leaders, who would like to solve tough problems, and make a meaningful impact to the lives of customers and suppliers in one of the biggest e-Commerce markets in the world. Role Description: As the Head of Category Growth & Demand for Rocket Growth, you will lead the strategic engine responsible for accelerating seller success and maximizing selection growth. Your mission is twofold: * Building scalable, programmatic frameworks that optimize the core levers of e-commerce - such as pricing, conversion, and visibility. Translate data into actionable growth playbooks & programs that empower sellers to accelerate units sold on each of their items listed on Rocket Growth * Architecting a high-impact promotions & demand strategy for RG & Sellers. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, category teams & sellers, transforming Korea’s largest demand engine into a structured & high-throughput promotions, campaigns & events calendar, that seller can participate & see uplift through. What you will do: * Architect Growth Programs: Identify and prioritize the most critical growth drivers (e.g., Pricing competitiveness, Impression share, Conversion Rate, Review generation). Partner with product teams to build automated, scalable constructs that sellers can opt into to accelerate their performance. Drive adoption, learn, iterate & ensure uplift * Enable Brand & Seller Growth: Brand & Seller Growth: Partner with sales team to create playbook for brands on Rocket Growth * Lead Promotions & Campaigns: Own the end-to-end promotional charter, including the design of the annual promotion calendar, defining participation criteria for diverse seller tiers, driving high-velocity adoption, feedback loops & impact delivery to sellers. * Innovate Demand Channels: Expand the demand generation toolkit by piloting and scaling innovative constructs, including KOL marketing, collabs, and other emerging traffic channels to drive high-intent shoppers to Rocket Growth selection. * Optimize Playbooks: Set up rigorous tracking for promotion efficacy and program ROI; use these insights to continuously refine the "Rocket Growth Playbook" and sunset low-impact activities / refine selection & seller participation criteria. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Grwoth Marketing, Merchandising and Category teams to ensure growth programs are technically sound, data-backed, and aligned with broader business priorities. * Build for Scale: Operate at scale by driving implementation of systemic & product-led solutions that improve customer and seller experience. ABOUT THE ROLE At Tandem Health, we’re building a clinician copilot that gives time back to care teams so clinicians can focus on patients. As a SDR (Sales Development Representative), you’ll turn thoughtful research and crisp outreach into momentum by opening the right doors, surfacing real problems, and setting up conversations that change how care is delivered. You’ll help define our outbound voice and playbooks with a bias for speed to impact, craft that delights, and radical transparency. You’ll work closely with clinicians and product so every meeting speaks to real workflows and outcomes. As our European footprint expands, this role can grow into leadership as we scale the commercial team. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Own a territory and named accounts and map buying groups across clinical, operations, IT, security, and executive stakeholders. * Orchestrate multi‑threaded, personalized outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) * Generate and qualify opportunities quickly and book meetings that convert, with clear next steps and tight handoffs. * Work with Marketing on campaigns and run high‑quality follow‑ups * Keep CRM immaculate: log activity, notes, and next actions to enable accurate reporting and forecasting. * Test cadences and messaging, analyze results, iterate and share learnings to level up the team. WHAT YOU BRING * Proven experience as a high‑performing B2B SaaS SDR/BDR with consistent quota attainment. * Exceptional written and verbal communication with crisp, value‑led outreach. * Excellent discovery abilities and decisive qualification with strong objection handling experience. * Advanced account research skills and comfort working complex, multi‑stakeholder deals. * Process discipline, organization, and time management with a data hygiene mindset. * Fluency with modern GTM tools (Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Attio etc). * Collaborative, resilient, and curious. Comfortable partnering with Marketing, Product, and Medical Operations teams * Willingness to mentor peers and contribute to playbooks.
