Join our team and help deliver thoughtful, high-quality experiences for our members and guests.   The Role   As a Night Receptionist at Soho House Amsterdam, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for our members and hotel guests during the night. You’ll assist with checking members into the House and hotel guests into their rooms, while confidently managing overnight enquiries and situations as they arise. In this role, you’ll handle payments, balance cash at the end of your shift, and act as a calm and professional point of contact in a fast‑paced environment. With your natural hospitality, proactive mindset, and strong organisational skills, you’ll help create a reassuring and seamless experience throughout the night. As part of the Soho House team, your focus will always be on delivering exceptional service—connecting with guests, solving problems efficiently, and making a real impact, even during the quieter hours. At Soho House the Night Audit performs end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. He assists late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. He also audits, reconciles, and balances daily financial activities. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE * +/- 1-2 years of front office experience * No experience? No problem! But you will need to convince us extra in your cover letter * Fluent in English. Dutch and other languages are a plus * Ability to make independent decisions * Handle the freedom and responsibilities that come with this role * Have the flexibility and mentality required in the hospitality industry * You are flexible and available from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 – 23:00. * You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
