The Role As a Night Receptionist at Soho House Amsterdam, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for our members and hotel guests during the night. You’ll assist with checking members into the House and hotel guests into their rooms, while confidently managing overnight enquiries and situations as they arise. In this role, you’ll handle payments, balance cash at the end of your shift, and act as a calm and professional point of contact in a fast‑paced environment. With your natural hospitality, proactive mindset, and strong organisational skills, you’ll help create a reassuring and seamless experience throughout the night. At Soho House the Night Audit performs end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. He assists late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and address other customer requests. He also audits, reconciles, and balances daily financial activities.
